It's all about what you are familiar with...... The food is good, it is just prepared a little differently than other Mexican restaurants in the area. You just have to find the items that suit your taste. I have been there three times and I am finding the food items that I like. I didn't give it five stars because of a sign they had as you come in the door stating that children under 12 years eat free. It was a little misleading because when we got the bill that wasn't the case and we were charged for the children's order. We presumed that it would be on any food item and we didn't ask questions prior to ordering. Nor did we ask about it after we were presented the bill. So, if you go there as a family be sure to make inquiries regarding the "Kids Eat Free" sign.
Delish food. It was packed but the staff handled it with ease. Great food. Amazing staff that was helpful and kept checking on my table. Love the decorations. Will happily come back again❤️
This is the best Mexican food in town. By far, without a doubt. Full of flavor, amazing drinks, I LOVE this Mexican restaurant. Only thing that could be improved is the customer service. Other than that, SO BOMB. ✨
I ate here for the first time and was not disappointed. I got the California burrito and despite its lackluster appearance it was delicious, would get again. The chips and salsa were very good. The service was excellent, I did not have a moment where I didn't have a full drink or anything else I needed which was great.
Great food, good service, reasonably priced. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the city. Nothing super fancy but they have amazing salsa and guacamole, good chips and really good lunch specials. You can also order take out ahead of time and have it ready to go! It's always busy!
Had made reservations for 10 people at 6PM. They did not have our table ready. Our group waited approximately 20 minutes, for our table. Once seated, service was good. Food was okay, but probably won't go back.
Music was too loud causing server to misunderstand and bring us 3 wrong items. Fries instead of rice on kids menu, for example. The food was very delicious with wonderful salsa and the server was efficient and friendly.
La Curva in Salina, KS. You really want to eat here. I had the Enchilada Jalisco: an enchilada stuffed with shredded grilled chicken, refried beans, sautéed onions and green peppers, then covered with lettuce and tomatoes, Pico de Gallo and Guacamole. I poured Queso Blanco on it, and voila! Awesomeness. The restaurant was clean, the staff attentive. I can't wait to go again to try more of the menu!1/18/22I went again for lunch, since I was in that area. So I had the Enchilada Jalisco again, but it was filled with beef (I think), and not as tasty as before. It had less peppers and onions inside, and the Guacamole tasted old. Disappointing. I'll try something different next time I go. The wait staff was very attentive, and restaurant clean. Kudos.I'll go again with friends and see what they think.
When this place first opened it was amazing! Meals were pretty good size and the food always tasted great. Now I feel like the portions got a lot smaller and the prices went up for some food that is pretty mediocre. Comparing it to other places in Salina, I recommend going to Jaliscos instead. La Curva just isn't as good as when it opened.
Wonderful food. Fast service. Went in at lunch rush. Lots of customers but we still got our food hot and fresh 8n a very short time.
