good home cooked meals for good prices
Awesome country food when away from home
My country fried steak was really good and I liked their small salad bar
I used to eat here, atleast once a wk. The food is not good any more. My chicken fry had 0 flavor like it used too. I get costs up 25%. Inflation in war times. However it used to be juicy in crisp.(very tasty). Now its hard rubbery. I left 60 % of the meal.I believe the season is highly diminished or pinched. It tasted like flour. Strongly saddened by this. My whole family was upset with their meal too.
Chicken is good, sides, not so much and definitely not worth the price. 😕
First off, Jim’s is doing false advertising online. They promote “seafood Friday” with fried catfish. The picture with multiple pieces is clearly breaded in cornmeal. The picture of the fish in the box, which is what I was given when I ordered, is VERY clearly breaded differently than what they advertise. When I posted a comment on their Facebook, I was told I was incorrect. They then removed every picture of catfish from their Facebook page and blocked me from being able to respond to their comment or comment on their page in general.I am all about supporting local business. But this place is a joke. The owner/person who runs their social media is rude. Multiple people have called them out for false advertising. The fish I actually brought home was so greasy there was grease pooled in the container. Just absolutely disgusting. And DEFINITELY not worth $12 for one piece of fish.
good chicken, good service and good prices
The staff was friendly and the chicken and noodles were great. Will definitely go back!
Your chicken was awesome! But it looks like you might need a little help bussing tables and tidying up the place. Service was great! Thanks
Seemed to have been a busy day for them. Food was good but pretty cold. Staff was exhausted but super helpful and friendly. Tried to make up for being overwhelmed. I felt so bad, poor lady.
