We waited a long time to be served at least 45 minutes and it was way too expensive it was just me and my two great-grandchildren and it was $30 they ate off the kid menu... I had two eggs one piece of bacon and one piece of toast. Wish we shared a vanilla ice cream shake
Had a young waiter maybe fifteen running tables alone by the looks of it and when we were ready to pay we went upfront and an older lady ignored us on her phone took my card out of my hand and walked to the back without saying a word, confused I walked to the back and asked for my card. Apparently the machine up front is broken… that would have been nice to know instead of practically being ignored.
My order pick up time was 12:43. I waited until 12:50 to ensure my order would be complete. I waited until 1:15 to call because I had not received my order yet. Then, I was told that they were busy with all the to go orders. In the amount of time I was sitting in my car I saw 1 person walk in while the driver waited by the curb next to IHOP.
Best omelet I've ever had. Staff was on point. Good atmosphere. Front end service from one of the young guys was first rate and extraordinarily rare anywhere. Recommend immediate promotion.
I used to come eat here regularly. Since before COVID happened, staff at this location became lax. Not as friendly as our second location, refills rare, usually never see wait staff after food is delivered, even on slow days although the food is good
A little short handed on waitresses, however they did a great job and the food was awesome. The "over easy" eggs that I had were so good that they boosted my appetite. I usually eat half of my breakfast at IHOP and take the rest home. However, today I ate everything. Mmm Mmm Good! Makes my mouth water just writing about it. Well done IHOP!
The food was below par. They didn't even have peppers or onions for potatoes O'Brian. Menu is VERY limited and the food is less appealing than what you'd expect from a truck stop.
My server was Madison and she was amazing! My soda was full the whole time and the food was delicious. It looked like she was the only server and she was doing great! Will definitely come again
We had to wait FOREVER for our to-go order, and when we received our food, it was all over the place (more cheese than egg). The guy at the front told us we couldn't sit on one side of the restaurant although there were ppl already sitting in the area, but when his friend came in for a table there was little to no wait. He was seated immediately while we're still standing around with our children (we got tired of waiting and ordered to go). The kitchen staff were joking around with each other taking their sweet time doing orders. It took the lady a while to get our drinks, and I saw her bsing with a coworker at the drink fountain. Overall, a sloppily ran establishment with almost zero professionalism.
I placed order thru the internet for my breakfast...I received confirmation of the order and a time to pick it up.... After waiting more than 30 minutes the workers decided they never received my order yet the money was taken out of my account! I could not get IHOP to refund my money - (I now had waited 50 minutes over and was late taking medication that needed to go with food.) you have to go thru an app that starts with eat... everyone working the grill area just kept saying we are working on it when in fact they did NOT HAVE THE ORDER! Because it was not a good day for me, the manager filled the order very nicely, the food was good and GLUTEN FRIENDLY which I needed. So, Food was great, manager was really nice but how they handle the app NEEDS a lot of work!
