Super friendly staff. As always the food here is tasty.
The food and service were good. We were a large party and the waitress did a great job keeping up with everything. The location needs a bit of updating/attention. Nothing bad to keep from going there, just getting a bit used.
I placed an order online via eat street that disappeared into cyberspace after a long day of driving. Matt, the manager at the Diamond St location was very nice and super helpful in getting things sorted out. Big thank you for the Kansas hospitality!
We were seated promptly. My water for the tea wasn't very hot but Billye, our wonderful server, took care of it right away. Our food was very good and we didn't have to wait long.
Not only did we have great food, served fast and efficiently but our waitress went WAY beyond to help us. We were celebrating two birthdays in our Tuesday morning Bible study but I forgot the candles. Fawn went home to grab a candle for us, and Billie found us a lighter. We were dazzled at their kindness!!
Hot coffee, friendly service, good food. Seated and served promptly. Food out timely and hot. Staff attentive. No empty cups here!
Usual IHOP food with fast service and friendly staff. Quite convenient for interstate travelers with hotel and fuel options close.
Service is nice but usually very slow. This most recent visit we had to had to ask for our pancakes two additional times after placing our order because they kept forgetting to bring them out. This was frustrating considering 1) They are the International House of PANCAKES and 2)Our order had unlimited pancakes, yet they failed to bring them out our entire meal.Food is always good here, it usually comes out pretty quickly. Clean restaurant.
Terrible salad. Paid $12 for iceberg lettuce and 4 slices of tomatoes! Very slow and under staffed.
They need more advertising for the location of this IHOP. It's very difficult to see from the road and not too easy to find either. It's very clean and good staff. Great for people traveling and truckers because it sets right off the highway, it's located right next to a hotel and truck stop.
