Two stars is generous. They are severely understaffed and though the waitress did the very best they could. It could not make up for the length of the wait, nearly an hour, and the food. I'm a patient person so if the food had been delicious I would have given 4 or 5 stars, But when the food arrived 2 eggs looked like what you'd get if you ordered one egg anywhere else, and the dehydrated hash browns hadn't been rehydrated enough, so even though they looked like beautifully browned hash browns, when we bit into them it was so hard we could have done serious dental damage. In fairness they did warn us that there would be a long wait, and the bacon was really good apple wood smoked bacon, thus the two stars, I would be hard pressed to stop there again.
Food was cold & burger was burnt. Only received half of our food & the staff blamed it on the delivery driver for not grabbing it, said there's nothing they could do. Very poor customer serviceEdit: Got the 2nd half of our food after my husband picked it up & it was DISGUSTING! The hamburger was burnt & hard, the chicken strip over cooked, & the chicken fried dinner I order was so under cooked that it was not edible. We threw away almost our entire order. I've never had this bad of experience here, hope something changes.
This morning it took 45 minutes to get our food, when it got here it was barely warm. The food was mediocre and okay at best. They did look short staffed but our server was not even acknowledging the wait, or the situation, didn’t even apologize, and I didn’t even get some of the items I ordered. Some of the servers were just standing around watching the cooks instead of getting back there to help them. So many people waited entirely too long for their food. Absolutely horrible service.
We received the ice tea quickly. The burgers we asked for never arrived. They were out of hamburgers and supposedly the cook went out to get more. After about 10 minutes the young lady who took our order said the cook was back and the burgers would be ready in a few minutes. After a other 15 minutes that young lady was gone and two people were standing behind the counter talking. I asked them if our food was almost done. Well, the person who had gone to get the burgers had not gotten back yet. They asked if they could make us something else.I told them no, but that I would pay for the tea. They said we didn't have to pay.
Wait staff were wonderful cooks no so much they were short staffed another man came in yelling about the cook area being dirty and cluttered. The food i got 2 breakfasts over med eggs were over hard bacon very crunchy like eating glass (puppies loved it)the French toast and the waffle were stale hard a rubber like. the dinner was rang up wrong as a country steak when I ordered the Chop steak had to wait for the correct item to be cooked. Potato was tough and very bland even with my favorite seasoning added. Breakfast sausage patty was great though.
Arrived 30 minutes before closing, and we were the only people in the place, but they graciously made us a wonderful midnight breakfast. The food was delicious and we really appreciated their hospitality. We will definitely be back.
You dont wanna go here. Sorry to say it but we came and these prices are high for very low quality. I got the french toast platter and my eggs looked like a frisbe. My french toast was burnt with barely any powder. My siblings only got one piece of bacon that was small and shriveled. I dont reccomend the southwest bowl,hashbrowns,eggs, or frenchroast.
Absolutely disgusting. The place is so flippin dirty. The floor looked like it wasn't swept or mopped in days. Spilled coffee not cleaned up. Chunks of hash browns under the tables. Bacon fried on one side raw on the other. Eggs were over done. The toast was the hard and dry. Probably 6 people working and all doing nothing, except on the phone
Place is trash food is cold and eggs arent even cooked. If it would let me show a picture it would explain it all. Needs management and gloves and hair nets. Never eat at this dumb ever.
Wait was a little long but worth it to me. I got the shrimp basket. It was so good. However my husband's burger was not so great. They overcooked the patties. The wait staff was excellent.
