Staff needs to realize that when people say to "add ketchup" to their burger, it doesn't mean to take the other condiments off. I had ordered a burger without being asked, "mustard, lettuce, pickle, onion, okay?", so when she told me the total I asked to add ketchup to the burger, assuming the ketchup would be added along with the other condiments on the burger. I'm pretty sure that if the person taking my order said that in the first place, considering staff asks EVERY TIME, that this wouldn't have been an issue. If I wanted the other condiments off, I would have specified "just ketchup". When I got home I was disappointed because of my sad cheeseburger with only ketchup on it. Hoping this issue can be relayed to the whole team and hopefully will be prevented in the future.
First both orders of fries were cold. Asked for no oil on bread of patty melt and it was soaked in oil. Order 2 turtle sundaes and they were not turtle sundaes but banana and butterfinger. Must have been pre-made all of it was frozen. Other burger was was barely warm.
Freddy's is getting really chintzy. Ordered 2 large concretes, 3rd time in a row the cups aren't even close to being filled, and very little fillings. So disappointed. Raise the damn prices if you must, but fill up the cups!!!!!
Bought a quart of custard with strawberries and pecans mixed in. We wondered if we would see strawberry or pecans in it. To our surprise it was balanced perfectly and so delish!!!
Thought they were open Saturdays? And when they are open, they’re not too friendly.
My requested fries sauce was not in the bag and they horribly oversalted my burger which made it gross.
Awesome location. And the food is always on point
The worst experience I've had at any fast food service. This is a new location and I have to say it was a terrible experience. I'm a frequent customer at all the establishments ran under this management and this was just not acceptable when it comes to service. I felt like I was rushed to order, like my business didn't matter, not to mention the order was entirely wrong, and the attitude of the individual who helped me certainly was negative. They didn't have items we wanted and instead of offering in a polite way to visit the other location as they have more inventory it was just like we can't meet your demand on the quantity. So rude yes, poor service yes, accuracy of order not met, not courteous, and a terrible experience.
My wrap wasn't done all the way. So I caked and told them so the lady on the phone said that I'm getting a refund. Then when I get there. The only thing that I get is another wrap I'll never go to that freddy's again
