Service was slow. We were the only ones in line, but the staff was busy talking to each other. Once they decided to take our order our sundies were delivered quickly. The sundies tasted good.
Sad they didn’t have strawberries for my custard. Fries were cold. However, the patty melt was very good!!!!
I usually like Freddy's, but I would steer clear of the Salina 9th Street location. We went to the drive-through, and they screwed up the order like they were getting a bonus to do so. Wrong items, items not made to order, double-charged for items, drinks with the lids loose so they spilled as they were passed into the car... it was a thoroughly unpleasant and frustrating experience. And they weren't busy, so the "hurry" excuse doesn't hold. Don't eat here; take your money somewhere that wants your business.

Terrible experience because of lazy, rude employee...they were not busy...just two tables taken by customers and no line...we couldn't find a clean table to eat at, so I asked the male employee standing behind the counter if he would give me a damp clothe so I could clean a table. He told me, "no, use a napkin"....I'm sorry but that is horrible customer service...we won't be going back to this location.
Great food, fast service, clean tables. Love the fries and onion rings, and of course we love their delicious hamburgers.
Had not had a burger in a long time, always liked Freddy's on south 9th but new one on Crawford closer. Decided to run over and pick up a couple of burgers and fries, $17 for a bag of uneatable garbage. Burgers burnt and dried out with so much salt on it we could not do anything but put it in the garbage. With a hamburger joint on about ever block, no reason to eat here.

I used to love going to this Freddy’s, always had my meals correct, and always tasted good. Idk if they got new employees and they’ve just been lazy, but it isn’t the same anymore.. I ordered a meal with cheese fries... hardly any cheese. I ordered a burger and the meat was over cooked and the bun was soaked at the bottom. I understand if it was busy but this is not up to par... :/
I always like Freddy's Frozen Custard wherever I am. I enjoy seeing high schoolers learning to be good employees. Freddy's always busy, these kids learn to be friendly even in the busiest of times. Food was great, custards full to the top and my favorite hit the spot (chocolate with coffee makes the chocolate POP)! Had a guy on cleaning tables full time! ? We're clean
