With this particular Dairy Queen the food and ice cream and never an issue more so than the service. The staff is never unfriendly or rude to customers by any means, but it's quite obvious that they're not very attentive to their jobs. Many orders could probably speed up significantly if they were to just pay attention to what they're doing instead of chattering to each other.
Worst service EVER.. waited 45m for two drinks there was only one person ahead of me and two ppl in the drive through.. The large orange Julius was so tart I got a refund and no apology for the wait or the drink tasting like trash.. Waste of money and definitely our time .. This is what's wrong with the world these kids have no morals no manners.. Hopefully the manager Melanie can do something about it..? this would be negitive 5 stars 4 me

went to the dairy Queen two days in a row on 9th Street in Salina Kansas they were closed Monday sat in line for over 15 minutes at 9:01 the girl comes out as we're sitting in front of the speaker and says we're closed sorry we can't serve you that's no way to run a business I feel sorry for dairy Queen in the business they're losing over this girl's immaturity and unwilling to work
The wait was a little long but the blizzard was worth it. Plenty of picnic tables to sit and enjoy.
Never enough help. Hours have changed due to lack of staff. When we do decide to wait in the long line our purchases are always as expected.
