Always so slow in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for my order. I wanted sweet bbq dip not smattered all over my tenders!
The food is always great as usual. However, two of the women that work here are very rude and disrespectful to the owner. I'm sure the fact that help is hard to find is the only reason these women aren't on a permanent unemployment line. If it hadn't been for the professionalism of the owner and great food I would have given this place a 1 ⭐ for terrible help.
Dairy Queen in general has good blizzards, icecream cake, and dilly bars.I did try to get a cone with DQ crunches the other day, and the employee told me that they don't carry it. After asking a little more, she said that a lot of people ask for it and they used to carry it, but the manager thinks it is unsanitary and removed it. I was told that they wished they could serve it (and they presented ideas to reduce mess in the kitchen), but they aren't allowed. I was then told that if I went to the location next to the library that they serve it. I went to the the DQ by the library and they do in fact serve DQ crunches for your icecream cones if you order it.This location is wheelchair accessible if you go to the left side of the building.
DAIRY QUEEN is the best the staff our excellent they always have good attitudes and make hot fresh thick blizzards I would recommend going there it is the best
They have the slowest service possible! Literally took 45 min through the drive thru and they only do one order at a time! Will never go back
Usually love eating here. Except i found this in my ice cream cake ?? dont think ill order from here again.
Detoured of I70 just for dairy queen , bug mistake, rude lady took our order, waited 35 minutes for food w crying babies in the car , amd the fries were cold
If I could rate this zero stars I would. Anytime we go here, whether it's through the drive thru or in the lobby it's a bad experience. They mumble so fast on the mic through the drive thru that you can't hardly hear them. And if you feel optimistic enough to go into the lobby...don't. There never seems to be anyone in charge, just a bunch of kids (16/17 year olds) running around in unorganized chaos. So my most recent experience, 4-2-22 at 3:10pm, I go in with my family and stand at the registers for I don't know how long and no one acknowledged us, no one said "we'll be right with you", one employee exclaimed that "no one was cooking" and so I motioned my family to just leave because clearly is wasn't worth it and they didn't care we were there. So don't waste your time with this location.

Very disappointed. Came for chicken strips, highly recommended from a friend says they're the best around. Haven't given DQ anywhere a try in the last several years. Decided why not. Braved the cold for a meal. Wish I hadn't. I don't know who would call these chicken strips. It was supposed to be a 6 piece meal. These are broken pieces of chicken tenders that fell to the bottom of the bag and they were too lazy to cook ones that should actually be served. Come on.....
