Okay food, terrible service. Won’t be back. ? maybe
I don't ever give anywhere 1 star. I truly believe most places are redeemable and maybe this place is but I won't be returning. The first time we went was alright so thought to give it another try. I could go into detail about how every step of service was poor but honestly I don't want to give them anymore of my time. Considering I waited over an hour for food and paid for it. Do not recommend this place not even for a bar.
They have very good hamburgers and salads.
Good sandwiches, they offer daily specials outside dining. Friendly staff
We come here all the time what happened in last few months trashcan nachos more chips and very little meat and toppings was told they portion now. Bartender did not know how to make top shelf margarita. Waitress was nice. Our other person waited 15 min to get his burger after we got our food. They were not busy!
Food was very good.but had to wait alittle longer for food then normal.and it was not busy only a few people. But we enjoy going there..
Food was great then we were told to go to other side where Paige Allison had knowone all night and was goingto close up ! We found out later that she had two children home Ill! She served us until close and in our business it is rare to have a fun relaxing evening after our shows ( 3 times a year maybe if we are lucky ) she understood that and gave us a really awesome evening thank you !
Never was waited on by waitress. We went up to the bar to get our drinks. They were not that busy either. Waitresses just ignored us. The table next to us had waited over an hour and a half for food and it still hadn’t showed up. We left after one drink. It was a huge disappointment. We were a party of 10 that would have ordered a lot and tipped well. They missed out!!! Not sure how you will keep a business going like this.
Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Sat at the back bar, had an event in a hour, wanted a beer & some food. The back bartender Haley not only completely ignored us but when we asked for a drink she stopped looked at us and literally yelled I’M BUSY. We waited a good 20 min for a beer that she literally walked by 20 times & could have grabbed. Then a man with his little daughter came to the bar, she asked for a soda & this bartender did the same thing to this little girl. That was the final straw for us - we picked up & moved out front. Paige was our second bartender, sweet girl who saved the experience but holy moly we waited a good 90 min for food & missed our event. It was good when it arrived but at that point who really knows because we were all starving. I’m in the service industry, I’m patient when it comes to these things - the pandemic has really hurt our industry. But there is no reason to be outright RUDE to people Haley. You should consider another career, you are a horrible server & are mean to sweet little girls. We will not be returning which I’m positive no one really cares either way ??♀️?
Food was fast delivered and good. Shortfall would be the staff. No one was at the door to greet/seat us. We sat ourselves and then a waitress moseyed over to greet us. After taking our drink order we ordered a our meal and food came quick. But our waitress then joined all the staff/friends at the bar and they seemed to be enjoying themselves and ignoring the customers. And when THEIR friends came in they got their attention. Too many young inexperienced waitresses. Just glad there were only a couple of tables to attend to. But we did love the decor inside.
