Worst experience ever. Ordered a burrito and a bowl arrived at the register to pay and the cashier only rang up half my order. Asked for my burrito but when I received it the burrito looked horrible. So I asked for a remake, the cashier grabbed my burrito (no hands washed no gloves) and proceeded to fix it (unwrap/remake) right there at the cash register. With the same hands she’d just passed me cash with. I tried to call but only received automated response that will not allow me to speak with an actual person. Save your money and your health don’t eat here
The food is fantastic the line was long but it was worth it And they got us taken care of shortvtwo emoplotees

We are regular fans of Chipotle and reside in Clearwater Florida. We were on a road trip going home from Denver Co. We stopped in for dinner and were shocked how disgusting the restaurant was. They we're not busy.There were four tables loaded with garbage. They didn't clean up the floors and needed a good sweep down. That would have been helpful. There were at least four employees just standing around the counter while we ordered. We took our food to go as a result more pleasant elsewhere. This is the worst Chipotle I've seen from California to Florida. They got two stars because the food was adequate. My advice clean up. Take pride in your store as this was not the case when we stopped in. Good luck. Thanks
By far, I mean by a cosmic mile, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I've been eating Chipotle weekly my whole life in various cities and never had to complain about a single one, but this location is beyond trash, which speaking of is usually overflowing out of their cans most evenings. The employees don't appear to be trained at all, portions are wildly inconsistent every day, I mean frustratingly inconsistent. It's like most of them were brought off the street and put back there to serve. Almost no one can wrap a burrito either.... Someone please, please come fix this place and train these people. I live here and am forced to go to this location...help.......
This location honestly is a hit or a miss. If you mobile order here expect to pick up 5-10 minutes later than you set, quality of food is below average compared to other Chipotle locations, usually you can spot 1-3 employees doing a lot of standing around doing a whole lot of chatting and not being productive.
Food and service was good, facility was not clean. Could have been a busy night I'm not sure but no complaints other than that.
I gotta say that to go orders are so much better prepared than dine-in. Who ever made my meal last night on 2/2/22 (oh wow didn't realize, lol) ready by 5:30pm is a G-d send! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Your creation was PERFECTION and I hope you continue to do amazing work there, never ever quit! Lol jk I know you'll move on to other careers but you know what I'm sayin! ?
