Order taker was friendly and knowledgeable, food was hot and cooked fresh. Onion rings delicious. Dining area was reasonably clean, bathroom needed some care.
“Assistant manager” took the order. No greeting or even a hi. Never said thank you after I paid either. Must have been an inconvenience for me and my family to come into their establishment.
Love their chicken fries.
This is the worst restaurant ever. The people I worked with were super mean. I wish there was a way to put zero stars instead of just 1-5. If I could give this place zero stars, I would do it immediately. The food here is only getting worse too. I hope this place doesn't last much longer, especially after the way they've treated me. I feel the same way about Brahm's too.
It's sometimes a little slow, but I don't mind all that much the food is consistent and good.
Its happening in dodge city Kansas aw well I order a big king and I end up getting what look like a cheese burger instead of the big king
They were busy in the drive thru but the only orders in house were mine and my daughter's and she had a shake ice tea and onion rings. She waited ten mins to get her order and was told we are busy. I waited the same amount of time and they didn't do my chicken sandwich to the very last. The staff were not very helpful or sorry that they were taking so long. It makes for bad business if your customer sees the order that is done and all they do is keep doing other orders for drive thru is wrong. They would have gotten the order of onion rings out and she would not have had to remind them they needed a lg glass for the ice tea they pd for. I eat here almost every month and never have had such poor service and the bathrooms were very nasty and looked like the report the log on the wall or door when they clean was not done since 9:30 am and we were in there at 6:15 pm.
