June 1, 2022 - Update on my review. I was pleasantly surprised that Braum's headquarters responded to my negative review and that a company would take the time to answer me by two different management people. They say they are addressing the issues next week so I hope I can read some positive reviews in the future.Traveling thru Kansas to Denver and being an Oklahoma girl now living in St. Louis, I was excited to find a Braum's but it quickly turned to disappointment. Drive thru order requested onion pickle mustard only. No onion, no mustard and it was slopped with so much ketchup it oozed out the sides. Requested napkins, salt and ketchup for fries. Received none of this. Guess they thought I could use the ketchup leaking from the burger. Requested a regular Dr. Pepper and a Diet Dr. Pepper. Received two regular.The team either did not care to get the order right or too hurried to get it right.
Absolutely Filthy.I ate there with some friends on Sunday and the place was rancid. The floors were covered in trash, discarded food, and unknown crumbs. We asked for the manager of the restaurant , but found out that we were served by the manager. There’s no way that a manager should find their restaurant in this condition and accept it. AVOID UNTIL THEY CLEAN THIS PLACE UP

The work area was filthy as were the aprons on the workers. Perhaps a 5 minute break for cleanup during a shift would make your restaurant more appealing.
First time ever choosing Braums. The first issue was the cashier didn't input my order properly, thus, my sandwich was wrong. When I took it back up to get it fixed the cashier motorized inside heavily like I was the problem or like it was something that was going to put her out. She slowly took it to the manager who seem to be working harder than anyone else there and after I told them each three times the manager took it back to get work done so I went and sat back down in about 5 minutes later I still hadn't gotten it so I went back up to the counter and I believe I was forgotten because the manager looked up and saw me and that's when she started working on it again. When I received that one it was correct in the manager was apologetic but I didn't like feeling like since they didn't do their job properly but I was inconvenience and then after I reported that to them I was inconvenience having to wait so much longer so in all it took about 20 minutes for all my food to get out. Also there was something wrong with the soda machine because it made a horrible noise every time I filled up my drink.
Didn't know a grocery store was inside..good food.

Fry's not hot and lacked flavor. When I asked for my burger with lettuce, tomatoe, pickles, onion mustard and no mayo or ketchup, he didn't explain or tell me the meal cost more than the avertise price on the board.. Not the best experience.Wendy's offers the add on on the 4 for 4 at no additional cost.The fry portion was a little short for medium fry on the receipt.
