We've never had a bad meal from bogeys. Today was no exception. The double cheeseburger has to be the best burger at least in Salina. Thanks!
Fast service great tasting
This used to be such a great place, but recently it just doesn't seem like the employees care at all. Service is slower than ever, its very dirty everything is sticky. No longer greet customers at the counter, when they took my order the cashier was more interested in his coworker being told by another customer "there is hair in my food" and the lady behind him complaining about being in the store for 30 min waiting on her order while watching people who came in after her had received their food.
Waited almost 30 minutes in the parking lot for a simple order. Had to go inside to ask about it and they handed me my stuff without an apology or even a smile. I wouldn’t leave a bad review if this hasn’t become a regular thing at Bogey’s. Horribly slow and unfriendly service isn’t worth the good food.
The food is awesome. But what makes the food better is the good service. I only use the driv through. The friendly service is consistent. I don't take to rudeness or snappy cashiers wherever I go. Many younger ones work there, and each are always friendly and they give me a one on one attention. Eye contact is important to me as well. I get that with a friendly smile. There are times that when a few younger employees work together, they are all up in their "world" of conversation and the customer are treated second rate. This has never been a problem here. I so much appreciate their service. Just keep it up. Thank you?
Amazing shakes! I had the peanut butter chocolate shake, but the menu was so large it was hard to chose!I'll definitely be going back to try another flavor.The staff was kind of slow as was the service. However, it was crowded so it might have been because of that. Also the staff I observed were younger in age, so maybe because of that? And they were extremely disorganized. I had entered with a friend and they completely forgot to make his shake.The shakes were great, the service not great .
Went through the drive through at 12:07pm for lunch today. My payment was made at 12:08pm. Waited 20 minutes for my food to come out to me. Fine, not that big of a deal beings how it is lunch time and they are a little busy. My problem is waiting 20 mins and driving 10 minutes back to my home to find not all of my food was in there. This is the second time this has happened. I called this time and was told to drive all the way back to get my food. Well gas prices being what they are right now, I asked what they can do to compensate me as well ( like maybe a desert or 10% off my next visit or something), something that would peak my interest of going back. The "Manager" (who I believe was a child and not adult) offered me nothing but a refund, which I have to drive all the way back to the store to get. She didn't offer a sincere apology and tried to blame kitchen staff for the missing item. Pretty sure you put the order in the bag as it comes in the window! 2 opportunities to catch it and you didn't. I'm severely disappointed in their way of doing business. I'll be getting my refund on my way back to that side of town when I go to work and I'll never go back!
One of the best burgers in town. Fantastic shakes too. We got our food at the drive thru and it was hot and fast. Great meal at a great price. Thank you.
We drove to salina from Holton KS, found this place and if I am ever back in Salina I will always come back. The burgers were SO GOOD! Rhe shakes were delicious. The kids running the place were very kind. The place was pretty clean. Great experience♡
