We enjoyed the entire place. Wait staff was prompt and pizza was great. Arcade was fun. Thanks.

Honestly the food was disgusting. One of the worst meals I have ever had at a restaurant. It’s not the workers fault or anything, I think it was honestly just me, or maybe they need to change their recipes. I got a club sandwich type thing, and it was foul. I could not finish it. I gave It to my husband and he didn’t even eat it. The bartender and the service was very good. But the food honestly ruined my experience and I just can’t imagine eating here again.

The service here is ridiculous. When I came in, I had to get my own menus for my family, and the server didn't even acknowledge us, much less come to the table for ten minutes after. When we were finally able to order and get our food, my daughter didn't get what she ordered at all, the crust on my husband's calzone was basically a cracker, and I wasn't given a fork for my salad, apparently I'm supposed to eat it with my fingers. My husband had to go get napkins himself when two of us ordered hand held food, I had to go get my own fork, our server checked on us once during the meal. Once. Even then she didn't come to the table, she hollered from the bar. The chicken on my salad was cold, my husband's calzone crumbled in his hand, and my daughter's fries tasted like every fried food they serve mixed together, the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a while, possibly the last presidential administration. The restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned, the staff was highly inattentive, and my husband is now sick less than an hour after eating . . . In a word, this entire experience was disgusting. I'm embarrassed that I brought my family here. Go somewhere else. This was a waste of our hard earned money. Will never eat here again

When it first opened, AJs was a good restaurant. I just left, after waiting 10 minutes for a waiter to come over. No acknowledgement from any staff. Bartender stood around looking bored, and talking to someone. Waitress walked by several times, never made eye contact or said anything to me.

I absolutely love the staff of servers! I've never had an issue until today. Apparently they have a kitchen manager so I ended up waiting 1 hour for a to go order. The servers were very helpful and did all they could for me. They deserve their jobs. Kitchen manager.. not so much

Good food Good place to eatAnd my food was good

Food was disgusting. We ordered two kids meals, a chicken salad, and a wrap. One of our KIDS Mac and cheese came out with a piece of metal in it. Like something from a wire brush they clean with. The chicken on the salad was so dry and gross. They gave us a coupon for a free pizza but most definitely not ever going back.

Great pizza and the staff were very nice.

I'm not typically one to leave a review but to anyone looking to eat here, please don't make the same mistake I did and go somewhere else. We came on a Sunday around lunch time and it was pretty dead. First thing we notice is that the server and bartender are NOT wearing masks, despite the city and county mandate. We should have left then but we were in a rush, everywhere else was packed with a 30+ min wait, and figured since there were only two other tables it shouldn't be too bad. Drinks took a while to get to us, okay fine, but the food took forever. Another table that got sat well after us got food before us and the table that was there even before we sat down, but it may have just been the kids meals. I couldn't say for sure but either way not a great look. Food was kinda meh anyways so that's reason enough to not go back even if everything else was okay. When I called later and asked a manager about the staff not wearing masks, she was pretty dismissive about it and said its hard to get workers in the first place, let alone get people to wear a mask but she will address it. What? It's their job, I'm pretty sure they could consider wearing a mask part of their uniform, it's really not hard to get your employees to wear a mask.

Took my kids for pizza today at AJ’s and like many others who’ve left reviews, the service was bad. We walked in and seated ourselves, two employees clearly observed us sit down but completely ignored us and continued on with their conversation. We patiently waited for our server to the point where my 6yr old even questioned why they were just standing around and not helping us. There was ONE other customer in the entire restaurant, and the gentleman actually stood up, got the servers attention, and pointed to us telling her we hadn’t been helped yet. When she finally got to our table she did not give us any kind of greeting, just very cold like we were doing something wrong by choosing to eat there. This was our second time going to AJ’s, the first time we waited for 35 minutes without being helped so all six of us left. We are 0-2 with AJ’s, I don’t think I will be going back and definitely couldn’t recommend them to friends or family.
