Tried to go through drive thru and was told that if I wanted anything that I had to come in. I decided to go in and did in line for over 10 minutes. 3 minutes into my wait the drive thru was operating . Over the rest of my wait, I watched 3 cars go through. After getting my order and got to work, it was wrong. The only thing that was right was my drink... because I got it my self. Avoid this location!

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes but when I got to the order box there was no one there. So I asked if they could take my order. Was told the system was rebooting please wait a minute. Waited 4 more minutes and asked if there was any status. Was told it would be 10 more minutes. No offer to come out and take my order or ring it up on another register. The drive through was out to the street at Roe and they were making no attempt to tell people they were not able to take orders. Horrible customer service. Wasted 20 min and still no lunch.
I went through the drive through and ordered only a large plain soda drink. The drive through was a bit slow, but getting the drink through the window was extremely slow. I wathced it sitting there for several minutes before someone honored it with their attention, grabbed it and stretched their arm through the window. I haven't had this experience anywhere else - typically the drink is ready and I get to keep moving. If they cannot get a simple drink out fast, imagine the challenges with anything else.
25 minute wait in the lobby for a burger and fries. People who were waiting for food started to ask for refunds due to the wait times. Driveup had cars lined up out to the street. Very poor service. Need more employees working
The staff at this location is spectacular! They were happy to provide above and beyond service with a smile. They were a blessing to me today and I am thankful. I can see why they are one of the local favorites.
Drive thru is super long during lunch rush hour, but still good.
On 4/23/2022 I went to this Wendy's for dinner. When we got our food it looked okay. Toddler was hungry and cranky so when the chicken nuggets and French fries were cold I just shrugged it off because the kiddo needed something to munch on before we could got home to eat. After opening the sandwiches up at home, I find that there are exactly zero toppings on my sandwich. Just bun and chicken patty that looked like it had been sitting out under the heat lamp for a long while.I have tried calling and leaving a message for the manager. No return call. Filed a grievance through their app (which I had placed the order through) with zero response. Trash customer service, the kind that makes you want to never support an entire brand ever again.
I have never seen an employee so dedicated to the brand. I felt like I got served by Wendy herself. This employee needs some publicity. Also, the food was just as ordered. Very clean establishment as well.
Very nice Wendy's. Super clean and very friendly staff. Excellent value as well. Can't beat it.
