0 STARS. I call and the kid tells me they dont take orders over the phone....go place an order online. I place an order online and he calls me back and says they don't have any of the items I ordered anymore!

I called and asked the bakery if they had the mandalorian cupcakes to match the cakes online (like the ones pictures) he told me yes! I asked if they even had the baby yoda rings and was still told yes!! I drove 30+ minutes to pick up my order to show up and see what my friends are referring to as “zombie boobs” ? no rings, not orange, grey and white like the cake!! The baker who gave me my order was SUPER sweet and did give me a small discount but even he was unsure why anyone would take the order for baby Yoda cupcakes AND why nobody thought to call me before making these! Not the money I wanted to spend but with limited time I didn’t have it to stand there and argue and no time to order ANYTHING else so had to take what I got! *if you are going to completely not go with a customers order at least call them and let them know ahead of time!!

Wohl! Shopping @ HyVee ?& tucked in east side is a real Wahlburgers! Patty melt was perfection: crisply toasted bead, (house made?) pickles, caramelized onions, delicious sauce, & 2 beef patties, ?. Tater tots & shake too. Friendly staff & plenary of clean tables

Not s great experience. Not s typical food place and the staff is least interested to serve.

Wasn't impressed!! We had a 55 minute wait and then we had to send a burger back for the bacon we didn't receive on it the burger and it was cold! I ordered the wings and couldn't eat them!! No refund just offered to have them make me some more!! With the long wait I surly wasn't going to wait again or possibly have more raw chicken!!! Don't think we will be going back sadly we was excited to try a new place but maybe we try again after they are open for a while and hopefully the ruff spots will get worked out!!!

Been on hold on and off for 1.5 hours. Finally got through to catering. First guy who answered the phone couldn’t figure out how to spell my name, even though I repeated it several times. Asked for someone else who told me he couldn’t help me. I am trying to cancel the order we have for Christmas dinner. We have a sudden case of Covid in our family and no longer need the dinner. I have been given the catering manager’s name and was told to be there at 10 am tomorrow. I know places are understaffed but, this is Ridiculous!!!

Went to Hyvee today for a quick breakfast and coffee with my dad, and the manager JUSTIN and waitress KELCIE were fantastic. It was very busy saturday morning and I could tell they were doing their best to make sure all customers were being served in a timely manner. Justin even came back to check on how we were doing after our meals came. I've been in customer service industry for 15+ years, and they really stood out. Thanks Justin and Kelcie ! we will be back

Worse store in Kansas….. 100% racist!!!!!

Horrible customer service experience on all fronts today. After notifying the manger on duty, his only action was directing us to the comment box, to write down our grievances. He stated that the actual store manager likes to read them, which I highly doubt it, as reflected in the attitudes of the employees we encountered there. Up until now, we loved shopping @ Hy-Vee, but will be moving on to a grocery store that still knows what good service is.
