Let me first start with the cashier. She was new, in training, I get it, everyone needs to learn... but one of the cooks was helping her. He would touch food then touch the touch screen cash register screen to help them go right back to the food - raw meat, etc and then she would touch the screen and if you pay by card they take your card, put it in the computer and then they flip the same touch screen around that the cashier and cook have both touched and have the customer sign with their finger.... no cleaning of anyone's hands or screen in between cooks, cashier, customers. Ew. Also, the cooks wore no hairnets, some wore gloves but didn't change them appropriately - like when touching the register then food then register then food. Another cook placed the order receipts in his mouth and then carried the food to the pick up shelf, took receipts out of his mouth and placed them on top of the order for pickup... then went right back to the food line and started on someone else's order... no gloves, no sanitizer, no handwashing. I was so grossed out after watching all this go on for the 20+ minutes it took to make my order that I couldn't even bring myself to eat it.
Delicious and huge hearty wraps. So good and so many different types to choose from, definitely something for everyone. Super fast and friendly service. Highly recommend it.
The burger was cooked to perfection!!! My daughter got their Thai salad and she said it was delicious ?I've never been disappointed with their service or food.We took our dog with us and they offered to make a chicken breast for him without any seasonings. It was very thoughtful of them to do that. (we bought the chicken and the dog didn't go inside the restaurant) Great place!

Twisted Fresh is by far my favorite place in the KC metro for an on-the-go lunch. Their staff is amazing and the food is always quick, fresh, and delicious!
Three people behind me received their food before me. My order must have been forgotten because I was asked multiple times what I had ordered again. When I did receive my food it was cold. The order also had cheese. I specifically asked for no cheese due to an allergy. Overall a disappointing experience.
Food was great and fresh. Loved the habanero sauce. Will come back.

Twisted is always good food and not greasy. Really good meats and fish selection. We really enjoy any of the tacos they serve. Great place. Sometimes it takes a bit to get your food, but that is probably because of the lack of workers from the gov paying people to stay home and has nothing to do with this great place to grab some grub.
Fantastic food, team moves quickly during the lunch rush. Food is hot and fresh. Nice environment with indoor and outdoor seating.
