I heard mixed reviews about this restaurant but I enjoyed it for the most part. I will say that the wings are large but I’ve had bigger. I easily could have handled six wings. Fries as a side was amazing,that was actually better than the wings. Don’t get me wrong,the wings aren’t bad but not as tasty as others described. Great prices though with good customer service!
It’s a vibe! Country music, royals on the tv, brick walls, hanging fans to keep you cool, huge bar area, yummy drinks and food and our server (Tiffany) had a huge smile on her face and greeted us as we walked through the door. If I could I would give 6 stars! Great place and I think I will become a regular ?

This is another location of the popular Kansas City Peanut chain. The best items are the chicken wings and the BLTs.
My husband had the 3 wings and fries, and I had the BLT with fries. We had been forewarned that the portions were large, but that didn't prepare us for the wings being three WHOLE wings lots of bacon on the BLT. All were tasty, and we will be back to try something different on the menu. Lots of wonderful-sounding options!
Have really good daily specials. Love the Mac n cheese though. Great portion sizes, I almost always have to get a box. Nice servers, great cooks.
Another Kansas City icon, the Peanut has been feeding hungry Kansas citizens for over 80 years! I haven't been here in several years and I'm happy to see that they are still doing everything right. This location is convenient and easy to find. The service and food are excellent and I also enjoyed the atmosphere at this overland park location. The best BLT anywhere hands down . If you've not tried the BLT you are missing out on a great KC tradition !Features: No masks required
I told some old coworkers who flew in from out of town here. I told them, you can not leave state without having their wings and blue cheese. After they said, "You said you would take us to the best wings place in town, and you sure did!"
The burgers, wings, and BLTs are all top notch. Service can be spotty but overall Peanut is a solid option.
