A KC classic. The wings are incredible, make sure to note that they just have basic sauces, the wings are huge. I’ve also heard great things about their BLTs.
Service was good, that's about it, they didn't have sweet iced tea, so had to settle for soda drink, Margareta was too sour, their artichoke dip was very oily, more like souppy than a dip, fried mushrooms were over cooked and made it tough. I don't mean to be negative but since I was told about their food and appetizers and how great they are, I was disappointed, maybe if I had a few beers and was reallly hungry, it would've been good, but it shouldn't. Will not go there again.
Love this local place. Best BLT in town! Hands down. Wings are great. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
Food was great and our waitress was super!! This was our first time there. We live in another state and will not hesitate to go back if in the area!
If you're looking for a good place to eat, then The Peanut is it! Known for the wings and BLTs, but the environment and staff are also great as well!
The food is well....amazing.The service is ALWAYS... .AMAZING.the atmosphere is great.The drinks, Long Island ice tea......wonderful.Highly recommend to anyone to come hang out!

Pros:1) Varied menu options2) Large portion sizes (half pound burgers)3) Excellent flavor (for the majority of the food)4) The fried pickles deserve explicit mention, as they are the best fried pickles I’ve eatenCons:1) Slightly more expensive than comparable places (by maybe 10% - 20%). But the flavor/quality makes up for it, I think2) Seating is very limited for large groups (5+ people), and imagine it’d get very loud in here during peak hours
Definitely some of the best wings in KC! Quick service and friendly staff. Can't go wrong with any of the food on their menu, but their buffalo wings are unbeatable. Also always gotta have the cheese fries!
