Service was very slow and inattentive. We spent 1 hour and 30 minutes to get food in a restaurant with less than 30 people in it. The tenderloin was all breading and had an upcharge for the 6 onion rings that were served with it. Chicken strip and shrimp meal was 2 chicken strips and 3 shrimp with fries for 14 dollars. Pizza looked good. All of the food was cold, leading me to believe it sat while we waited for it. Tried talking to waitress about it but she walked off unconcerned while we were talking. I will abstain from future visits.
The super staff is what makes this place. The pizza is tasty and it features a typical selection of beers. What makes this place stand out is that the staff is outstanding.....able to handle even the most complicated order with aplomb. They are very helpful and can order up almost any sports channel there is. Parking can be a little squirrely but don't let that stop you. A great place to try!
First time ordering from The Other Place and it was fantastic!! Excellent flavor and very reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. I definitely recommend trying their pizza!
Love this place, huge sports atmosphere. They always draw an amazing crowd! Brenna is always an awesome server there but service as a whole is 10/10 and everyone is super attentive. Food is awesome!
I just ate the Best mushroom Swiss burger I have ever eaten tonight from you guys! How have I lived here most of my life and never discovered how wonderfully delicious this Burger is!? Great char/juicy balance! Yummy! Def need to try this burger
Great place to watch all the games! Good selection of appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches & beer. Full bar, nice staff. Always come here during March Madness!
Great atmosphere. Was a little loud. Had many in our party for dinner and the preparation took a long time. About an hour and a half. Food and service were great. All around good experience. Would recommend to others and return myself.

Best pizza I ever had. I don't care for crust when the sauce makes it soggy. But the crust on this pizza was just perfect and nice and crunchy. And the toppings were just right too they didn't skimp on them and the meat part was nice and chunky which I love. There onion rings and barbecue wings are to die for. I hope when we visit the Kansas City area again we go back.
We ordered carry out and the girl on the phone was the nicest. I get anxiety really bad when ordering especially when my order has special requests. She was very patient and helpful when I was ordering. She addressed me by name when hanging up the phone which shows she was actually paying attention. When my bf went inside to get the food she mentioned how she remembered that I wanted a side of sauce and she went to go get it and made sure I had it! I appreciate her outstanding customer service skills! I wish I got her name!Edit: I was so impressed with my order the first time that I wanted the same thing again but the person taking my order this time made me feel very rushed and he was impatient and when I asked to have my food a certain way, he said “No, I don’t have time for that”…..AND the food was completely wrong ?
