This restaurant is one of my favorites! Today I ordered a beet salad, stuffed mushrooms, and two pieces of vanilla bean cheesecake which I highly recommend. Everything looked exceptionally good after I got home with my curbside order. They included utensils butter and bread as usual and all were fresh and the appearance of everything was perfect. I try to go here fairly frequently when I'm in the area. I highly recommend the staff and location in Overland Park. Thank you to the staff and restaurant for always exceeding my expectations!
Oh my goodness! I think I have just found my new favorite place to eat for special occasions! I believe this is my maiden voyage to cheesecake factory… When I stepped back outside, I think the streets were paved with gold as I was pretty sure I was close to heaven! I had chicken tacos and salted caramel cheesecake! I would highly recommend it! They do have other luscious looking desserts such as carrot cake, etc. if you come along. I was a bit intimidated by the fact that they had a 27 page menu. It would not surprise you that they took everybody else's order and then came back a few minutes later to take mine… 56 years and I still struggle! (I think I sat down in one before with a group of teachers; but, was too overwhelmed by the menu and not very hungry…)
Disappointed in management. We arrived and were told the wait was 1:15 min. After about 15-20 minutes we placed a to go order, then were called for our table. I requested they just change the order to eat in, but they refused. We were told we could wait on our order then eat on the patio but as it was closed, but the tables were filthy. It makes no sense our order could not be changed to dine in. A little more effort would go a long ways toward providing customers with good service
Way too expensive for the small portions. It wasn’t very busy either and it took forever. We had a toddler with us and she was getting frustrated. And her fruit was still frozen when it was served. Not even fresh fruit for that price…
It was my wife and Is Anniversary, and we've not been to a Cheesecake Factory until now. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the fact We've never tried it before now. Reservations were prompt (no extra waiting) and our Server was OVER THE TOP! Great attitude, not snooty, as a matter of fact he made our evening even better with his charm and energy. We had the chopped salad and split it. Very generous portion. Wife had Chicken and Biscuit she said it was great Comfort Food, with plenty for lunch next day. I had Cajun Jambalaya Pasta. Also had Lunch the next day with portion. And We splurged and had dessert. Pineapple Cheescake and Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake. Both were fantastic. I wish I could remember our waiters name as he was just the best! He needs to be recognized and promoted! Thanks again for a wonderful Supper. We have a new Special occasion go to!!!
Part of the family went here for dinner. The portions are huge, with many many options!! The food is delicious! Our server Michael S was wonderful!!! He carded my 76 year old Mother and made her day!!
First time visiting here. We decided to just go with small plates, appetizers, and cheesecake. The sliders were perfect! The salad was fresh and delicious! The calamari was very tasty and not overly battered. The service was excellent even though it was exceptionally busy because they offer brunch on the weekends.
I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash the order came with Rotten avocado and the salad had chicken skin. I called the restaurant to complain and the manger didn’t help and he didn’t believe that the avocado was rotten he even said their avocado is fresh and no way it is rotten he said they can make us a new order but they can’t deliver to my house or I can call DoorDash for refund. Always good food and atmosphere. We like coming here. We almost always have to wait 45+ min. for a seat, but this time we went for lunch on a Monday. We only waited fifteen minutes this time.
Our service was great! Cole was such a nice guy and very helpful with explaining dishes. The atmosphere was romantic and peaceful. We enjoyed our dinner and look forward to returning again soon!
