Food was actually decent, got black bean wrap with waffle fries. Also got a chicken Philly wrap, was spicy but full of flavor. Tried the chocolate martinis which were okay but way over priced for a cocktail drink. Beers are priced reasonably but if youre going to over charge on cocktail drinks its not worth us going for cheap beer. You have to serve outstanding food if youre going to charge higher drink prices. Staff was friendly but not "wow factor" like Redrock. Waitress couldn't answer simple menu questions and had to run to the kitchen a few times which wasn't a big deal but shows they lack in training. Service was decent because no one was there. Not sure they would hold up on a busy night. I'd go back if they had better cocktail drink specials, cheaper apps during happy hour, and MENUS!! Yeah, I said menus- more to come on that shenanigans. $8 apps on "selected" menu items but they had no menu to tell you which ones they were and the waitress didn't know either. The other extremely annoying thing was they didn't give you menus. When we go out to dinner we don't bring our phones. The whole point is to enjoy each other's company after a long day at work. The fact I had to get up and walk back to my car to get my cell phone so I could order food in your restaurant is an absolute joke!! Do you expect me to make the food too??!! Whats worse is they actually hand out menus at the bar! So you mean to tell me you made me go on a hike because your staff wasn't observant enough to go get menus for patrons that don't care to be glued to their phones 24/7???!! This is why they are not getting a good review. Food establishments need to understand its all about customer service. You want to stay in business you need to treat your customers with respect! Why is everyone so uncomplecent and lazy these days. So if you want to over pay for okay food and less than par service here's the place to go.
I live across the street from this establishment and was excited to try it as I just moved here from out of state. Went to try it today and couldn’t be more disappointed. Was greeted by a sign that said, “seat yourself.” So we did. Outside on the patio. Table was dirty. Took a little under 5 minutes to get greeted after being walked by and not acknowledged at all at least 3 times. Our table was sticky from the guests before us. Asked for a menu. The server brought one menu for 2 people. The menu was sticky all over. When she set the menu down on the table, she stated, “The prices on the menu aren’t accurate, everything is more expensive.” We ordered one drink and left. Special was a Bloody Mary. Maybe I’m picky as I was a bartender for many years, but this was quite possibly the worst one I’ve ever had. Such a bummer to have such a disappointing experience. I will never go back.
This is a nice place to hang out and watch a game. Plenty of high top bar tables, booths are available outside of the bar area. Outdoor and rooftop seating during warm weather. Friendly staff and good food.
A lot of bar food options. Food was pretty good. Loved the fried pickles which I didn't see on the menu except for in the Sampler appetizer. But, highly recommend them. Service was pretty good. We did have to ask for basic stuff like napkins but she was very friendly. She gave us some suggestions that were really helpful. My only big problem is there is not a lot of choices for vegan/vegetarian. I wish they at least had an impossible burger. Overall good experience
We've been before and always had great experiences. We went last night and were less impressed. Their menu is online and I attempted to order 4 different beers that were all listed under the Overland Park location and I was told they were out of stock. Okay, it just hasn't been updated. So I asked the waitress what they did have that was light colored and not an IPA, maybe a seasonal or something like that. She said they have basically nothing in stock and didnt even try to make an alternate recommendation based off what i had tried to order. They had a bunch of taps that looked like they were operational, I think she just wasn't familiar with the selection they had in stock which is a bummer considering the menu wasn't updated either. The food was good as usual and the service other than that was great. But we typically come here over other places we like because of the more expansive beer collection, so to not be able to do that is a bummer. We will still be back and hopefully next time they have a good selection back.
Good selection of alcohol, and good atmosphere. DJ with super loud music came in around 9 so we left (probably the intent to kick out old people me).
Stopped in for a quick bite. Buffalo chicken spinach dip (or something of the like) was great. Tons of drink options. Nothing too spendy. TVs everywhere. Pretty good service. Might be a little noisy if you walk in on a big crowd but as long as you're not nursing a migraine, I'd say it's well worth it.
Food is good. Service is usually subpar. The bouncers at the door are rude. It is fun to people watch if you have a table near the door as they card the people coming in. The bouncers definitely have a God complex. Overall, I would say this place is just average. Would I go back? If there wasn’t some place better to go.
Went for happy hour that turned into a happy evening due to phenomenal drink specials and delicious wings (highly recommend the Jack Daniels Spicy BBQ and Sweet Thai). Chips & queso were excellent as well. Our waitress ChaChi was really sweet and attentive despite a hoppin' busy night. First time there, will be back!
Trying to pick one item is hard. Great live music, esp live 80s cover bands! Awesome selection of craft beers & cocktails. Food is top notch as well def try the buff kettle chips. Love this place!
