Amazing atmosphere, service and food. You will not go away hungry! Highly recommend their Bonut (yes - a B!)
Came in for a late lunch, I was the only person there. Nice lady took my order then basically disappeared. Didn't come and ask how my food was, if it was correct. Then she dropped off my check before the first bite. Both manager and her walked past me multiple times and never asked a thing. I brought this to the managers attention and all I got was an "Ok, thank you." I've worked in the restaurant biz before and done management for lunch service, definitely not a good look for the Big Biscuit and definitely not how to keep an eye on your customers.
Always delicious food and great service. Our go to for brunch!!
When we sat down, the table was not clean. They corrected the issue eventually. I ordered traditional eggs benedict with eggs over medium and hash browns extra crispy. As usual, the eggs were over easy(which they usually are) and barely done and the hash browns were not crispy. But I decided to start eating it anyway when I discovered the white of one of the eggs was not cooked at all. So I sent it back. The manager brought out the corrected order and snapped 'Does this look alright?' Like I was picky not eating raw eggs. No apology and no adjustment on the check. The eggs were now over done but the hash browns were crispy. We have been going to this Big Biscuit on Antioch for years but I will consider going to another location or another breakfast place. First Watch and The Shake Shack are able to provide over medium eggs. Plus other breakfast places have never served me raw eggs.
Great service. Bonut is definitely worth a try. We had the car wreck, eggs benedict, and cinnamon roll pancakes. All I would recommend and get again. Overall good breakfast just missing traditional corn beef hash.
Great food! Good service!
One of the better breakfast places we've been to. Biscuit was a little dry but still good. Will be coming back to try more of the menu
I was very thankful for the service I received at big biscuit this morning. My husband was in a fender bender car accident on his way to pick up breakfast and we were over an hour late in picking it up. I called and offered to buy another one… But the staff assured me that they would remake my order and I was able to pick it up fresh instead of picking something up over an hour old or re- paying for my order. It was really kind customer service and I’m thankful
Came in around 11:15 lots and lots of dirty tables. A server in a red coat came around and collected empty coffee pots. Nobody pre busses . Men's room in the same shape. Don't know if there was a manager on the floor or. not.
Wednesday, November 17, 2021EPIC FAILWhen we entered Big Biscuit there were two female employees and a couple of customers. The restaurant was basically empty. It took them 15-20 minutes just to bring out coffee for the four of us. It took 45 minutes more to receive our food. They forgot to make my fathers breakfast. The biscuits were salty, cold, and rock hard. Eric the manager apologized because they’re short staffed. If you cannot do a better job with your customers than the epic fail of today, perhaps you should close the restaurant until you can find reliable employees.
