Our group stopped here while visiting in town. We had mozzarella sticks, potato nachos, wings, bacon cheeseburger and the burnt end tacos. Everything was good. The service was amazing...wish I remembered his name to give him a proper shout out. The only negative waa the bathrooms; they sorely need an update.
We had a basketball game in overland park so after our game we decided to get something to eat. We was so ready to eat because we was in a big tournament. And we haven't eaten all day long. The manger name was Tyler but they call him Tk he was very rude and act like he didn't want us there. We was going to stay but decided to get our food to go. My players and I was very disappointed because I have spoken very highly of this place. They will never get my business again.
Terrible! Have been going to this place for approximately 10 years. It used to be amazing. The last 6 months or so it has been awful!!! I know the pandemic has hurt many businesses, but this place might as well close as bad as the food has been the last 6 months. Burgers are always burnt. Food is always cold. Items taste "leftover". I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
Service was terrible had to ask for my ticket the Chicken Avocado Panini sandwich was missing the bacon, the Pork Tenderloin didn’t have any condiments on it nor any onion or tomato just two pickles on the side and some lettuce. Not sure what the employees issue was today but the vibe wasn’t good we were totally ignored at first I thought it was because we were minority but they were so rude they walked over a older white couple for about 10 minutes before they acknowledged them at the door they seemed to focus all attention on the front table the guy that seated us even sat down up front to visit with them as if there were no customers there. I use to like coming here but trust and believe I’ll never be back to give you my money and be treated as if I’m a bother.
Took my wife here last night and was very impressed with all the new changes. We came in 8 months ago and said we would never come back. We decided to give it a try one more try and happy we did. GREAT new staff and new beer selections. Food also has really improved. Our server told us about new management and owners. Can really tell things are turning for the better!
I completely understand being short staffed as I work in health care but felt I was dismissed multiple times during my to go encounter. I called once we pulled up per the directions. Tried the first time to tell them I was in a white Mazda (and unable to park in the last to go parking due to the snow)as I forgot to place that in instructions but they didn’t let me speak and stated someone would be out to help me. I watched a man parked at curbside obtain his food. I called 10 minutes later and was able to say where I was at and the car I was in. They stated they would be right there. Then I had a lady from the back yell out to me stating I have to come inside even though the sign states it was for delivery driver employees only. I notified them of this and they dismissed me saying that they are unable to accommodate curbside despite them taking care of a previous customer. I requested they update this on their site and he dismissed me stating they have. I would have liked to email them this but cannot find an email. I really like the food but wish I felt more respected. I completely understand being busy and how annoying this must have been but this could have been easily resolved if this was updated and all customers were held to the same standard.
We ordered burnt end tacos, an avocado chicken panini, and a vanilla shake thru Grub Hub and the tacos were not delivered. What we did get was ok, but now we have to request a refund thru Grub Hub and do something else for supper.
This restaurant offers great deals during the week. Our server Alexis was fabulous. So efficient and attentive. Will definitely go back again!
Absolutely used to love this place! Went here this evening and got sicker than a dog immediately after eating. I mean horrible sick, thought I was going to have to go to hospital. Also.. took along time to get food, never got checked on.. and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning unfortunately.
Manhattan on the rocks with a sundae cherry wasn't doing anything for me. I could see it being a decent bar if you're a regular and spend all your money there, which you could easily do with their drink prices.
