At 8:20 they had already put everything away. The guy making our sandwiches took FOREVER! There were two people working and only one was working on our sandwich. Worst experience EVER! Looked back on new reviews and they’re not wrong… this place sucks!
They are very slow.....really need to pick up speed for more happy customers.
I order herbs and cheese bread but every time they end up providing me multigrain. Not the first time they don't even pick up the call very disappointing.
The only thing keeping me from giving this subway a one star is the one teenage employee working his tail off trying to get all the lunch orders done while his coworker just sat down doing nothing. I and three other people had pick up orders and none of them were done, so I just went through the line of like ten people to wait my turn so I could tell him what my order was. Poor guy was doing his best with no help. My sandwich was good and made correctly.
Every time I go they are always out of meatballs. I go at different times and they are always out. After asking why the gentleman said they are normally out after lunch. It was 4pm? They are also out of roast beef. The answer back was there is a national outage. Where is the sign saying so? Also, if my experience wasn’t already bad. I am absolutely disappointed in the state of the dining room. Every table was dirty, food under tables, hair on the bev station tray, and trash all around the chips area. The two working were no where to be found after we checked out and needed napkins. This location needs to reevaluate their subway standards. This visit did not meet my expectations of subway.
Order taking girl Sadie was really helpful and i guess she knows how to serve perfectly to all walk in customers. They didn't have olives and Jalapenos at the time when I ordered but she just got them from back freezer and served it. Would definitely like to visit again.
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EAT AT THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!! If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would!!! I am so disgusted. I ordered delivery off my subway app and first off it took an hour to get here and it was cold and nasty when it did get here, which isn’t subways fault. But the fact that there was METAL in my food is. (As shown in picture?)I’m so glad I was able to notice it before I ate it. That’s a safety hazard and I’m going to try and get this place shut down. Plus on top of that I didn’t get cheese on either one of my sandwiches that I ordered. please just do yourself a favor and go to a different subway!!! Plus I’ve seen in the comments a lot that this one girl that works there is rude. And I myself can confirm that’s true. A couple months ago I had gone inside to get food and she was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. I hope she has been fired and I hope this location is shut down for good!
I got a black Forrest foot long which was well made and very good, but not the best. Staff was quick with their work and friendly, overall very good.
Sadly not what we expect from subway. Vegetable cuts were thick, sandwiches not prepared correctly as ordered, and very cold when ordered heated. It is time to move to JJ's reward program :/
Sub didn't taste right and seeped through wrapping paper. Looked sloppy
