I recently started coming to this location and the services was fare. However, today, while in drive thru, my car started running hot. There were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me and I couldn't drive off d/t the structure of the drive way. Once I got to the window I told the cashier I needed to go park my car d/t it running hot and I will come in to pay. Instead of having compassion, she was like "don't you want to pay before you park?" How inconsiderate. If your customer is in distress, don't hassle them over a few dollars.
Not a bad place. Very friendly staff and clean facility. They were prompt with our order and restrooms and lobby were very clean.

This Starbucks is scheduled to be open until 8:00 pm, but they've been repeatedly closing VERY early. I go to work on my laptop and buy coffee/food while I work, but I've had to leave repeatedly at 2:00 or 3:00 pm and then they switch over to drive-thru only. Multiple times I've showed up and they're already closed. As I worked outside on their patio, another frustrated customer recommended Summer Moon cafe on Metcalf and 91st. They have a great environment with couches, lots of table space, a larger variety of coffee brews, better food, and you can reliably work there until 8:00 every day.
Closed and didn't update Google wasting people's mornings
I cannot say enough great things about this location and they're faithful cheery friendly staff. A+ Been going here consistently for a couple years. Always spot on, yes there's a wait but I'll wait for it. Other locations cannot compare.

I don’t quite understand this location in particular. You order ahead, yet they don’t start on it and take everyone else’s order ahead of that. People in line ordering at that time get their orders before a mobile order. Please explain your logic and your reason for existing. Thank you.
Slow line, but it was the morning commuters. Service was very friendly and courteous.
They are normally good. But today I had to wait a half hour for two Carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino.... with extra crunch and extra Carmel. Neither had the extra. One looked darker then the other. But they both had a LOT of ice and little flavor. I mentioned it and they said it was all what we ordered. She was sorry for the wait she was training someone. So it was the manager who did this. Going to find another for awhile.
