Thanks to Atticus for remaking my cold foam cold brew that Antioch store didn’t make right. Kudos to this store.
Update: Music was at a normal level tonight, but sweetener and cream still not being trusted to customers. Workers were very pleasant, however.Original post: Two of the recent visits, staff was playing the music ridiculously loud. I asked them to turn the music down both times. Both times they acted put out. Also, why are they keeping the sweetener and cream behind the counter?

After ordering a mocha cookie crumble frap i received a drink that was not filles to the top. These drink cost +$6 and when i said something the dude at the window was really rude about it. I handed him the drink back and asked for a refund. Would rather go elsewhere.
yesterday they didn’t put the label on my cake pop and I was waiting for it while they didn’t know who it belong to. Today I ordered my frappuccino through the app at 11:59, when I get there it wasn’t ready, I waited thinking they were behind and needed more time, but it was that she had forgot about my drink. I didn’t receive my drink until 12:22, which is irritating because I ordered through the app so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. Everyone there is always so friendly except for that lady who was not only snappy with me but her coworkers.
First time and went the through the drive thru and waited about 15mins. The 2 lanes made it take much longer then it looked.
I frequent this store daily, as I provide Starbucks for my staff as a perk. I always use the drive-thru and for 3 years Jason had made this daily ritual a great way to start my day! He’s always cheerful, engaging and just a genuinely nice person. I have to admit the store operates much better when he is running the drive-thru, but Stephen and Chris are also great too!
My daughter put an order in through the app and when I checked my account I noticed that Starbucks had charged my account twice. I had her call the store about it because I was at work and they told her that since she had not called right away they could not do anything about it and they acted like they did not what to help her. She called two hours after the order had been placed when I had noticed the extra charge. It wasn’t like it was the next day.

I had placed an order through the app got my confirmation email during one of my lunch breaks last week. I go through the drive-thru was told to pull up to the window after giving them my name, once I pulled up they told me there isn't an order under that name they closed the window on me. I left confused, without lunch that day. I get back to my job checked the email to see that in fact I did have an order confirmed for that location. I called to get a refund they hung up on me the first time, second time I called they acted as if they couldn't hear me kept talking over me than hung up. I called again they wouldn't answer. I called from a different number once they realized it was me they hung up. This location is so unprofessional an full of childish people.
