This used to be a great Starbucks - granted, it was always swamped, but the past few months have just been awful. After so many bad experiences, I reached out to corporate about it. I wasn't looking for anything other than to explain the issues. I received a lovely email from the "new" store manager apologizing for everything and telling me that she would address everything with the new employees and asked that I give them another try. She said she would leave a note stating that I was owed a free drink. I went over the weekend to give them another shot, and when I told them about the message that I was told was left for the "free" drink, no one had any idea what I was talking about and was pretty rude about it. I was told I would have to pay for the drink even when I said I had the email from the store manager. I give up going here. I frankly don't want to deal with the attitude that you get. I will leave 15 minutes earlier and drive the opposite direction over to the store on 95th & Antioch. They are super friendly, and I have never had issues with anyone there.
This used to be the best Starbucks around and is now the very worst. They are rarely open, and they close the drive up window so if you place a mobile order you still have to wait in the drive thru line. The drive up window only has 1 customer parking spot now so they aren't busy. Don't to here it's bad.
I have been going to this Starbucks for a year now WHEN THEY ARE OPEN!! You can never depend on them to be open and when they are they get your order wrong most of the time. This location could be very profitable with the right manager and right team. They really do need someone to come in and take over this location so there can be some consistency at this location!!! GET IT TOGETHER STARBUCKS!!!
I’d give five stars for the employees. Zero for corporate. This isn’t only an issue at this location, it’s Starbucks stores everywhere. Do better corporate. Treat your employees better. I and many other Starbucks lovers stand with the employees 100%.
This Starbuck location is horrible. It has gone downhill for the past couple of years. There is no order ahead and the employees are never happy. The hours of operation at this location are changing all of the time. Starbucks should just close this location and build elsewhere.There is a Caribou Coffee not far away and the service is great. They have order ahead that works all the time as well.
Just had the pleasure of chatting with Kyle at the window this morning with my coffee. He made my morning with 60’s music trivia after he heard a song I had playing! Definitely making this my home Starbucks!!!!
I was at this location picking up a mobile order a little after 7am Friday morning. The store was very busy and a young lady was working at the window when a man walked up behind her and started yelling out of nowhere. The man was yelling something about pronouns. The poor girl was very quiet and tried to stay calm but he didn’t stop yelling at her until she began to cry.Several other customers as well as myself could see and hear this exchange and we were shocked that Starbucks would allows its employees to behave in such a manner. I would give 0 stars if I could…We need to do better!
I go to this location frequently. While just like anything else it can have it's down days but honestly 99 times out of 100 it's great. They do get rather busy just like most but if you order via mobile app it's normally ready when you get there. The people are super friendly but not in that annoying fake way. ?
One of my favorite local Starbucks. They are always friendly and courteous. My fiancée has an allergy to egg and dairy. Time and time again my orders have always been listened to and have been correct. Very convenient location too! I highly recommend this location.
Cute little drive-through with evergreen trees! I wish the young man taking orders wouldn't correct me every time I say "16oz" instead of whatever Starbucks term there is for it...I'm usually still half asleep or tired, and I'm sorry, but I have never cared about using Starbucks terminology. I trust you to know the number of fluid ounces of liquid you are giving me, regardless. That being said, I admire your spunk. Keep up the good work.
