Lynn (I think was her name) totally made my day! I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order other, so she asked me a few questions and made me the most delicious coffee I’ve ever had at Starbucks! Such a great experience.
I really wish I remembered her name, all I know is she had semi long brown hair and was wearing a grey sweatshirt. But I'm just hoping she sees this so she knows I appreciate her haha. I had anxiety in the moment and the words wouldn't come out at the time for me to tell her but not only was she doing a really good job working alone, but she asked me how my weekend was and seemed like she genuinely wanted to know. Little did she know that was big for me because I had a REALLY rough past week and she seemed like she actually cared and wished me a better week as I left. I wish I had told her to have an amazing one back, she even made my drink the BEST I had ever had it!! I was just shocked because I had never had a barista start conversation. The app said the Starbucks inside this Target was open until 9pm, so I dashed in at 8:24pm. The woman at the counter abruptly shouted, "We're CLOSED!" as I approached. I held up my phone as an apology and explained Google and the app said 9pm. She got even ruder and yelled (didn't state) "EIGHT O'CLOCK. WE'RE CLOSED!"I'm not used to such behavior from a Starbucks (Target?) employee. Perhaps she needs a raise to help her fund her much-needed butt stick removal surgery.
The hours literally say they’re open until 9pm. I walked up at 7:49pm and the lady behind the counter ignores me for two minutes then finally looks at me and says “I’m closed” and walks away. The overhead lights were on and the register still said open. I’ve dealt with this lady before and she’s the worst, the drinks are bad and she’s so rude
Was ordering cappuccino today morning. I felt something wrong with the taste of it. I hasn’t finished my drink I have to throw up. Never had something like that, was wondering maybe milk wasn’t good? I felt no foam at all in my coffee? Next time will have to open the cap to see what insight of my drink . Very frustrating and disappointed.

Let me preface by saying, it's Starbucks that's why four stars. It's the same as every other Starbucks in the world. Coffee is predictable, food is premade. As a coffee lover, I hit Starbucks only on two occasions: 1) there is no local amazing shop or they are closed, and 2) when I'm feigning for a drink and I'm inside Target. The service at this location was absolutely lovely though.
Incredibly friendly service! Always gives out the best pup cup when my dog and I go through the drive through, and of course the quality is thoroughly consistent.
This review is specifically to Claire the barista who made my drink. I used to be an employee of starbucks so I know what you guys do and we thank you for it. I ordered a simple drink, chestnut praline latte with soy no foam. She made my drink with lots of foam almost like a cappucino, so I said sorry but I don't like foam. Her reaction got so unpleasant just because she needed to remake my drink. She only has one drink at the bar so I don't know why she got so mad, it will only take 1 minute to remake the drink. And then she hand it off at the bar with an attitude that made the coffee came out of the cup. It was unbelievable. She didn't have to say sorry but atleast hand it off to me nicely. Sad to say but she was the rudest starbucks barista I've encountered. To the manager of the store, I feel bad you have a partner like Claire. It was totally the opposite of starbucks virtue of being cheerful and friendly.
