The Starbucks on Antioch is probably the worst in the country. They never have what you want, don't recommend other options, and make the WORST coffee. I really don't know how they are in business
I visit this location at least once a week, sometimes more. I often see new faces but each and every one has given me a pleasant and positive experience. Marla is often in the drive thru with a smile and friendly conversation, and this is one of the few locations that never gets my order incorrect. I love being able to connect with the baristas, even when I only spend a few minutes there.
This is the worst Starbucks in the Overland Park area. Every time I go to this store, I spend at least 15 minutes waiting on drive through.

About 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 15th. I had to have a drink remade and the batista remaking my drink was lovely and kind. The red haired male coworker she asked for help was not so lovely. She asked him a question about how many shots or pumps went in my drink and he told her "it doesn't matter". I was literally right there and he wouldn't give her a real answer to two questions in regards to my drink. She had to try and whisper to him that I was already in for a remake. Its no wonder it was made wrong in the first place. 5 stars to the nice lady who remade it. No stars to the unhelpful coworker.
The worse Starbucks in the area. I’ve gone here maybe 10 times in the past couple months and they’ve been closed 6 of those times around 3pm. When I am able to get in line, the drive through takes 20+ minutes and 80% of the time my drink is made wrong and it takes them another 10-15 minutes to correct it. It is such an inconvenience. I can NEVER depend on them to be open. I will never go to this location again and will take my business to a different coffee shop. I HATE this location. 0/10 recommended for anyone who values their time.

Every time I go to this Starbucks, I am happily greeted by Marls. She carefully takes my order and ensures that my drink is delivered to me with perfection. Today she noticed that the sugar in the raw in my drink wasn’t melted like I requested. Rather than just handing me the drink and sending me on my way, she had my drink made exactly how I like it and for THAT, I am appreciative. It is not everyday that you run into someone who is as attentive, professional, and kind as Marls. Thank you very much! #repeatcustomer
