Best overall team of people working in sync, all with a strong sense of urgency for their customers which is rare today. It’s all about attitude and this team has it! Good Job!
New manager is terrible and the workers look so sad and tired. Hire more people or close this location. No wonder all the stores are unionizing.
I asked for no whip cream and my whole drink is whip cream I’m very disappointed
Nice baristas who welcome you as you walk in. Clean store, including bathrooms. My pistachio frappuccino was delicious.
Not my first disappointment at this Starbucks location. The guy taking my order in the drive-thru talked me into changing my drink to add foam to it. Didn’t bother to mention it would be $1.25 up-charge. Then when I got it, the entire venti cup was full of ice. I have had the same drink at many other locations and never had so much ice. Basically, paid for a venti plus an up-charge but got “maybe” a tall…if that! So irritated!! Tried to call back to the store to let them know and no answer.
After being a customer at this location for 5 years, and having employees know my name and order, I’m disillusioned. Waiting in line for ten minutes to place my order, only to be told we have no black tea and it’s too late to make any. The barista said we close in 10 minutes although it was actually 15 minutes, (4:45). I waited another 10 minutes to get out of the line and I was very upset and asked to speak to manager…..her response we close in 5 minutes, sorry. She knew me and my order from the past when I visit nearly everyday.. I won’t be returning to this store! Very sad ?
i literally don't ever write business reviews but i had to for this starbucks location. OUTSTANDING service each time from Arshya! she always seems like she's in the best, most positive mood and she makes my day each time i visit on my lunch breaks! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE! :-)
Drive thru mocha cookie frappuchino at this store. Something is unusual. Whip cream is at the bottom and top. I've been a starbucks customer and this is the first time I've seen it. It doesn't taste great by the way. Usually, when I order at different store, whip cream is only at the top, but this time is different. When you sip it, all you taste is whip cream instead of the mocha cookie. Check the image and you decide.
Do NOT go to this Starbucks. Avoid at all costs. Everytime I go there, there is a problem. Drinks made wrong, rude staff and unless you enjoy waiting over 30 minutes and still having no drink or food, go to another location.
Just got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it's literally just coffee no cream. I wish that if they are out of something that they would tell you so you can order something else. Waited in line for 15 minutes for a five dollar coffee with no cream in it. Where's the sweet cream? My coffee is brown town. Dunkin is better but it's so far from where I live.
