Waited for a least three minutes just for my order to be taken with two girls behind the counter and only one drink being made. When the girl finally came over to take my order she didn’t even acknowledge me, just stood behind the register. (I was the only one waiting and they were not busy at all) So when I finally acknowledge her by simply saying hi she looked up at me and responded with a very snarky “hi” back. I did not even place my order but instead took my business to the Starbucks full Starbucks just outside this Target location. I understand everyone has bad days.. but if you’re choosing to work in a public facing environment, you’ve got to be able to at least acknowledge your customers. Probably won’t be visiting this Starbucks again.
THEY ARE SO SWEET!! I go through the drive through pretty often, and every one of them are so sweet even when it’s super busy. Thank y’all❤️
The night shift employee working 11/10 was very rude. I came at 7:55 pm, and i thought the place closes at 9 pm. She told me that they close at 8 pm due to low staffing and she asked me to leave right away. As it was raining heavily, i asked her that i need a minute to let the rain slow down before i leave the place, she refused and she came around the counter and followed me to the door and asked me to stand outside if i need or go to chipotle next door. I was not planning on spending the night at the store, I was going to simply wait for a few minutes maybe 30 seconds. This lady has serious attitude problems.This is very unprofessional.

We drove 5 miles out of our way to find this Starbucks which was closing at 9 o’clock. We pulled in at 8:35 and approached the café. The worker informed us that she had “closed it down“. And when we asked “why it closes at nine?” she gave us no answer. Very disappointed in the lack of courtesy to operate during posted operating hours. I would not recommend.

Love the convenience in Target! Lattes are consistently great. You can use your star card & Target discount. Tip: plan for more than ONE staff person during known busy & holiday times. When they are too busy, I don't stop.
