The last two times we have gone ? they always out of Sriracha.but the said we put it in the bag and when I check there was none.so I asked if I can get some then they said oh were out. Then why said u put it in the bag?.the don't have much suger free options here either so I go further to get that. When ur right dwn the street from me. The cups as well they have very few opinions to pick from. Need more cups. It's like they don't order they were out of the oatmeal too last time I went ..it's been two weeks and there still out of items.
My order was messed up and I stood there for 10 minutes while multiple employees looked at me and never helped me. I eventually left and went to another one. 151st and Marty has horrible service.
There was no one in the store..My sister and I really needed to use the restroom before buying a gift card. As soon as we went into the bathroom, an employee started knocking the door and threatened to open the doors with a key. Never aagain.
Do not go to this location. Just don’t bother. They are usually out of most ingredients and can’t even make the drink that you want. When you do order, they are so slow, that by the time you get up to the drive up window your drink won’t be hot anymore. The worst thing about my last visit: I ordered a grande drink and they handed me a tall size. When I asked about it, they obviously just dumped it into a bigger cup. Customer service is a joke. I’ll never come back to this location ever again.

I dont like watered down drinks so I ask for no ice. The tag shows no ice but there is ice in the drink. So they can't read but want 20.00 an hour. SMH.

Friendly service that was prompt. The only reason I took off a star is because it is so cold. The AC vents seem to blow at any seating area, so dining in is uncomfortable.
