Possibly the worst sonic ever!!!Horrible customer service, no structure or management. Out of ice cream and about 6 other things off the menu. Corporate should seriously shut them down. staff just there for fun with friends and horseplay. Owners should be notified
I was attempting to get the $1.00 chili cheese coney, on national hotdog day, but was told that they were no longer accepting orders for some reason I couldn't understand. When I tried to get clarification nobody was there. Also about half of their ordering stalls are out of order. I wasn't super hungry so I went on with my day.
Second time there and got my order wrong again. I asked for an unsweetened strawberry iced tea. I got a sweetened strawberry iced tea. Second time, asked for the same thing. Got a regular iced tea. I don't know if the order taker was distracted or just didn't care, but I'm not going to that location EVER again.
Friendly staff and helpful. Sometimes it'll take a couple minutes for them to answer after you press the red button but the food is usually spot-on and at the correct temperature. I enjoy this Sonic.

This is my first ever review of any restaurant ever if that tells you anything.. We ordered mozzarella sticks, tots, a coney and a sprite. Finally after a minimum of 20 minutes waiting a clueless kid came out to tell us they were out of mozzarella sticks. You can also check the photo for how both containers of tots came out not to mention reeking and tasting of rancid old fryer oil. In order to try and wash out the taste I thought why not try the Sprite, but of course I should’ve known better because I was greeted with a disgustingly flat and flavorless soda water abomination. This was a solid hour and a half before close and it was nowhere near busy. The sheer fact that this location is open still truly is a miracle.
Absolutely TERRIBLE serviceWe just wanted 30 minutes in one of the stalls for them to tell us that there credit card machine was down and we would have to pay in cash or leave. They’re were very rude, I can’t believe that sonic would allow a store to be run by a bunch of teenagers. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Food was exceptional today great ? job. The chilli cheese tots had plenty of chili and cheese on them. [email protected] different Sonic your lucky to get a teaspoon on them. Whoever made my order great job ?. Car- hop guy was very polite ?
Push the button and waited 20 minutes to only be told they're closed for the next hour... that is the longest that I have ever waited for a response at Sonic. This was at 5 p.m. Seems that nobody wants to work these days had the same issue with a Wendy's recently....laazzzyyyyyy kids never come here. Period. Didn't even get a sorry they were just like uhhhh yeah...basically F OFF
My husband and ordered two hamburgers with mustard and pickle.. The cheese was not melted - thrown on them and the hamburgers were gray, cold and tasted like old sausage……to say the least - we threw them out! I have never had this happen at a Sonic!!! This was at the Sonic at 135th and Switzer!!
