Drove in with a mini bus full of kids with a huge drink order and the manager came right out to assist us. I feel a little bad for freaking out her staff, but they were wonderful!This is also the only Sonic in the area I would dare try to pull into with my 36 passenger bus, has a nice open lot that can be easily driven through in larger vehicles.
Today, Ordered foot long coney, tots and a drink. Received a bacon cheese burger, fries and a drink. Once again, this location didn't pay attention!
I had been craving a burger and tots since the weekend and this place solved that problem. My burger had heft and was made well. My tots were evenly cooked. I asked for "easy ice"' on my Diet Coke and I was not disappointed. There was a good ice to sida ratio. The screen was messed up which meant it didn't read much card properly but that was resolved by the car hop talking it inside.
Consistently the poorest run Sonic in the area for years at this point. I come back every 6 months or so after a Costco run to order something simple to see of management has changed or helped train their employees better. Slow, unknowledgable, poor customer experience.
Best Sonic Burger Ever! Built right, all the ingredients. Onion rings were Amazing. Simple and perfect!!
This particular adventure wasn't the best they didn't give is our change back and my slush was all strawberry at the bottom and ice at the top as of they forgot to mix it. Wasn't a fan
if i could leave 0 stars i would . i recently came to this location and probably will never be back again . first i go into a stall that’s screen isn’t even on but there’s no sign or anything to let me know and then i pull around to find another spot and place a mobile order . took 30 minutes for my order to come out and the kid who handed me my food and drinks was so rude and rolled his eyes at me. my ice cream float was completely melted and made me extremely nauseous i couldn’t even finish it. my 2 hotdogs were cold and the relish tasted expired. this is not okay . i tried calling for a refund but nobody answered . i would like to speak to corporate . this is unacceptable
If you're like me, you fall for the tv ads that look delicious and show up to Sonic expecting to enjoy that tasty looking item you saw on TV. I have been let down time and time again by the promotional items. Stick to ordering the classics, for whatever reason these guys are unable to get those new items right. Here's a dill burger without the crispy pickles, for instance. Like...the only reason I ordered it.
I like Sonic. I think it was just a bad day for somebody in there. Half my order was wrong. Took forever to get my change counted back correctly. The lady was very nice though.
It has been a while since we last went here. Happily though, the parking lot appears to be fixed (except for a hole near the speaker) and the service and hours appear to have been a bit back to normal ish. It's coming back, keep up the good work and keep hiring people who actually care and it can be great again!
