The most recent time I've been to this Sonic location (probably back in May) and possibly the last time ever, was when I ordered online through the app and 3 out of 4 items were not fulfilled due "shortage" (If I remember it was like two corn dogs and a Sonic Blast that we did not get). Just to note, I would also partially blame the app for allowing partial orders to go through (I understand that it is probably difficult to maintain up-to-the-minute inventory) but Sonic needs to empower their stores to place blocks on items that are out of stock.So the carhop comes to my car with one item (a Route 44 Slush) and he said unfortunately the rest of your order isn't available, go and call the support line on the app to get a refund. I asked if he could just cancel the order completely. He said no, they can't do that (I sort of find that hard to believe - again limiting the scope of power for the individual location) and walked off. When I called Sonic support, the CS representative try to give me a $5 gift card instead (which was less than what than part of the order I did not receive) as compensation. I told her that's a terrible policy and that your company is essentially ripping off your customers at the point. She eventually refunded the whole order, but only as courtesy as that is outside their policy. **facepalm** moment for their CS policies.All-in-all, it's just a bad overall look for this particular location, their app (and their inefficiencies) and lastly their live in-person customer service.

The drive thru didn’t alert the employees my girlfriend and I were there. After waiting for 5 minutes, we decided to try pulling up forwards where the food gets dropped off since cars were starting to line up after us. When an employee walked past us, without offering any help, we had to ask how we order food. The employee then said to just pull up to a stall and order there. Completely apathetic. After we ordered, another car pulled up next to us and got their food before we did. All we did was order one shake. It shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. It was not very busy, besides the line of cars that were waiting on us. We were there for a total of 20 minutes for one shake. So much for fast food.

I had planned to go to another location (95th near the mall), but they did not accept app orders. This one was a bit out of my way, but still good. A bit of a wait even with the advance app order (just drinks)

This is their large cheese tot now. They are old and taste bad. :( I missed the old sonic days where the large tot with cheese was delicious. If I served this when I worked there I prolly would have been fired. Guess the stale fries was a bonus.I was looking through reviews and seen that someone said they leave their phone off the hook so you can't call and complain, or give them the opportunity to make it right. It is true. The manager should be fired.

Worst experience ever. I ordered on the app and it still took them over 30 minutes to bring me my food and I had to press the button to tell them to bring it out and they literally said they forgot. Oh and they were bring out other peoples orders that got there after me. My shake was already melted and same with my slushy and the burgers suck and were cold. I would never go here ever

This place use to be decent but has gone to trash. Tried to order drinks at 9:30 a few nights ago and was told to leave. They wont take any orders. The employees were outside talking to their friends who had pulled up. Absolute joke. Otherwise the service is wicked slow and not worth the wait. The employees are rude.

I ordered 2 blasts online at 12:45 using the app. Arrived at 12:55 as instructed. It is now 1:20pm and I am still waiting for my order. Whoever owns the store should be ashamed that you’re not supporting your employees better.

The wait is so terribly long here for your order. Waited 20mins for 1 drink and 1 shake. The drink(ocean water) before I left I tried it and it was watered down. So replaced with another of a different kind( Grape sprite) ...that one watered down so had to circle back a 3rd time and that one I said just give me a Dr Pepper. And that one was fine. An additional 10mins has gone by. 30mins for a couple drinks. And I was second in line. And the looks they give like I'm being a hassle. I could have went to a gas station in and out for a dr pepper. I would NOT recommend.

Placed an order in advance for a drink pulled up to the stall waited 10 min no one ever showed press the call button waited another 10 min they asked me who the order was for when it was clearly in the system and wha to orders went to the drive thru and said been waiting 20 min for an order that placed online Finally the carhop came to the drive they finally gave me my drink . 25 min later What is the point of the app when it takes 25 min for a beverage that was ordered and paid for in advance ?

DO NOT EAT HERE THEY STEAL!!!! I gave a partial payment of a gift card and cash. They return saying that the gift card didn't work and asked for the remainder. I gave them a credit card and they charged me the full amount and kept the cash that I had given them!! They steal from customers! She didn't want to give me back my gift card either so I'm wondering if the money really was on there and she was just trying to take it! REPLY: I CONTACTED THE LOCATION AND I LET THEM KNOW AND DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEIR RESPONSE WAS? THEY SENT ME A COUPON FOR A FREE DRINK IF I MAKE A PURCHASE. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE TO AN EMPLOYEE STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE AT ALL!! I WILL NEVER BE EATING AT ANY OF YOUR LOCATIONS EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE SO THAT THEY WON'T BE EATING HERE EITHER!
