I found hair in my milkshake, the staff is completely untrained, they will mess up your order and stare at you confused until you leave. Beware of trying to eat outside - they have a bunch of exposed sharp rusty metal on their tables. 0/10 would not recommend you bring children here. The family here at the same time as us packed their kids up faster than they could order. the woman who saw the hair with me left too. I tried to reach out to customer service, but Sonic customer service is a joke.

A little slow service during off peak hours. Decent fast food. Some discount when using the app.

I had to pull into 3 stalls, because the first 2 weren’t working. No signs. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to take my order and at least another 10 to 15 minutes to get my 2 fountain drinks. No food. I have given this Sonic numerous opportunities to get it right, and it has disappointed more times than not. Today was a low point, but, sadly, not even the worst. That was when we waited for 20 minutes to get our food and when checking on it with no word from a carhop, we were told that we’d have to order again (pre-COVID). No apologies then or today. I love Sonic, but this one, by far, is the worst one I have ever gone to.

I've been craving a bacon cheeseburger. So I stopped and grabbed a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and tots and a root beer. The food was hot fresh and delicious...

The best Sonic in the area, food aways fresh and ready on time when ordering from the app. Update, on the last few trips here, oder has not been correct, always get to go, so a real bummer when your order is NOT what you ordered or paid for....Also the app gurus need to fix the inconsistencies no matter where I am or what Sonic I try to use the app at....

Much better than some other locations, burgers and everything are good besides the quick placement that leads to part of my burger patty off the bun

I don't think they ever change/clean the frying oil... Or pay any attention yo how long things cook.

The gal working I think was all alone this day/ hour, and very busy taking exceptional care of her customers. Happy, friendly, got the order right, she should get a bonus for showing up and working hard when so many others haven't.

Well I place an order which it came to 42.35 to be exact charge the lady comes out and she clearly calls out the hold order to when I got home we was missing two hold orders and two orders of tater tots so when I went back up there it was eight o’clock and they said we’re close but clearly on the website it say y’all close at ten but anyway the so manager claims she gave me a refund for the two hold orders that are missing I never received it I think she act like she did to get me away then o had to go spend more money somewhere else do my kids can eat I work at plenty of fast food and they are nothing like this as if the people that works here don’t care about they job or customer service I will never come back or recommend this to no one.

This place sucks. They need to change grease out of fryers, and the burger I got had to of been sitting there longer than it was suppose to. Hands down the worst food I've had from sonic in a long time!! Yall should take more pride in your work and not be lazy. The only good thing about this sonic was the lady that brought my food out was nice.
