Dirty chia lattes are so much better than Starbucks. In fact all the coffee is better.
I have been going to this Scooter's for a decade, give or take, and without exception the staff is always cheerful, helpful, attentive, and fast.
Was accidentally given a coffee with milk instead of oat milk. I went in the lobby and they remade the drink no questions asked. Super nice staff and I appreciate their catering to dietary restrictions.

I repeated my order twice at the drive through speaker, and twice at the window, and tastes like they forgot to add the espresso when I gave them a chance to correct it, when they still got it wrong. It was a medium breve toffee latte hot with whipped cream. The airheaded guy kept looking off into space and wasn't functioning. He looked kind of Arab. I really need the caffeine right now for medical reasons. I called and she said she just couldn't make it right. This dude has a major problem..
Always friendly and quick service. Also, dog lovers, they always give us a pup cup of whip cream or a dog treat for our dog that barks at them incessantly.
I usually am in the drive-thru when I have a coffee craving. I like that they also have dairy-free options.

Gotta say, it's a nice place to go and hangout after school, the hot chocolate is also very good.
