Schlotzsky's is Awesome. Best sandwich in town. You need to get a restaurant back up in the north lands. I miss that one.

Weekly visitor to this restaurant and they never disappoint! The staff is friendly and the establishment is very clean and makes the best sandwiches. Got the Cobb salad for the first time today and hands down the best I’ve ever had… So fresh! We love this place and highly recommend!!!
The restaurant is extremely clean. The staff are friendly and make it clear they are here to serve an excellent product. The original was yummy and filling. The bathroom was spotless.

Came into the lobby after having found a coupon from Valuemail and downloaded the offer as a PDF.The manager refused to honor their own coupon citing "you have to print this for us to honor it". Of course, it's 2022 and everyone prints out coupons instead of showing the coupon on their phones (silly me) and never mind there are no such instructions on the offer itself.Guess I ought to mention how smug the manager was when telling me she wasn't going to honor their own coupon.So I won't be back with a paper offer or otherwise. There are plenty of other choices other than a place so wanting of decent management
My family and I have been regulars at this Schlotzsky’s for over 15 years. And there’s a lot of reasons for that: great team, led by the amazingly kind and attentive Manuel (who by the way knows a lot of his customers by name), consistently great tasting food, clean restaurant (I mean I always see someone in the dining room wiping surfaces) and extremely good service. They are a model of what it takes to get customers to return time after time!
Register staff did not understand what was being ordered. Ultimately we got our needs met. Good food. 3/5.
