The interior is way cold for my liking but most people prefer it.Their fries is great and I tried the bacon cheeseburger and I guess I’m not much of a burger person because I did not like it.The bacon was not well done.The staff was neither/nor friendly.Would I go back probably not.But they obviously have their loyal customers.oh and the buffalo wings are tender and spicy and it comes with chips.
Our son wanted to come here for his birthday. The food was fresh and our waiter was an absolutely wonderful human being!
Great burgers and other items as well like wraps. Tasty onion rings. Bottomless steak fries. I really enjoy going to Red Robin and have for a long time.
It was Tuesday night which is $.99 kids meal night. Our waitress had very cute face paint on for the kids. My friend is gluten intolerant, so had a burger without a bun. I had a Whiskey River burger that was awesome. We had bottomless fries with campfire and ranch. Very yummy. Red Robin never disappoint.
I only came here for my birthday burger. The service wasn’t great. She did the bare minimum, which I guess is okay. But there was a weird mix up. I asked for a gluten free bun on my big haystack tavern burger. She brought out a burger patty with cheese on gluten free buns. That’s it. I seriously thought I was being served a kids meal for a second. When I mentioned it her, she said the cooks took off everything that had any trace of gluten it. So the sauce, onion straws, etc. But that burger costs $11 (before alterations). If I wanted a burger with just cheese, McDonalds and Wendy’s are both down the road. The only thing she did to fix it was bring out a plate with onion straws for me to add to my burger. I remember loving Red Robin but every time I’ve gone the last few years, I’ve been dissatisfied. Think it’s time to call it quits.
We've been here on a weekend and weekday. Both experiences are different. On the weekend, the place was crowded, busy and packin. Food was still great but took longer. On the weekend service was quick but our patties were served raw. We sent them back. Other than that everything was great
My fiance and I don't go out often so we completely forgot that Saturday dinner is usually busy. Our wait wasn't nearly as long as estimated and for being very busy, we received excellent service from the entire staff. Our waiter Ryan got double seated, was super nice, friendly and got everything perfect. We didn't have to wait long for anything and the food was fresh and delicious
Table available on Sunday afternoon was a plus. Burgers were great. Server was lacking. Did not get sides ordered correctly. Did not get drink refills. He eventually brought correct side dish. He did not bring us our check. We finally decided to do our own payment at the table and did not get a receipt. Good service makes a good restaurant. This location definitely needs improvement in that area.
Can't beat a good burger. This Red Robin location was excellent. Good food, service, and atmosphere. Decent prices as well. Went during peak hours on the weekend with one other person and got a booth right away.
Comfort food! Nice place to meet up with friends. Food is good and the price is reasonable.
