My food was delicious, the 2nd plate had problems, the rice wasn't fully cooked & the shrimps were overcooked. The meal was replaced with another choice from the customer. All in all, we enjoyed our meals & we will return.
My wife's first visit ever to a Red Lobster, and our first time to this location. The reviews had me sceptical, but we decided to try it out and we're not disappointed.Though I won't say it was a spectacular visit, it was a more than acceptable and enjoyable experience.The food was delicious and the service was normal as expected for a restaurant of this type.Our server Summer was attentive and responsive to requests.We will certainly return again.
Other than the fact that there's a turning lane on 95th street that basically goes nowhere with a light and no u-turn sign on it that once you're in it, you're pretty much stuck, our dining experience was super fantastic. It's definitely not Red Lobster's fault that the traffic situation is what it is. Do yourself a favor and come in from the East headed West. The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable! Absolutely no complaints there. They say they're short staffed and are limiting parties to more than 8 people, however we had no wait and received our order in a nice timely manner! Great experience!
Before COVID 19, Red Lobster was decent and the food was consistent. We would eat here regularly. Not anymore. For the last two years, the quality of food at Red Lobster has been on a downhill slope. The last time eating there the biscuits were cold and hard, the salads were nothing special, and our entrees were not very good. The food did not taste fresh. I could make a better seafood dinner at home and I'm not a cook.The only positive was the service was good. We will not be back.
As I stated before, last visit (first visit different red lobster), was great! Had to hit up another one (second visit). This one was actually better! Hassan the waiter was superb and he was handsomely rewarded! Food was great at this one too! 2 Red Lobsters 2 visits. Why did I wait so long?! Will definitely be going back!
The food tasted good, which was really the only saving grace for this place. It took us quite a while for my wife and I to even be acknowledged by a server. And then it took about 45 minutes for the food to come out once we did order. I don't know if I got the runt of the lobster, but my lobster tail was literally 1 bite too. I don't know if I'd go back.
We celebrated our birthdays together eating shrimp and free sundae. Our server was very helpful and nice
Come to red lobster all the time and always good!We ordered calamari appetizer also,so delicious!They have new dishes Feast For Two,good enough for 2 people.And very nice service.
The food was great, but the service was absolutely trash. The server (Eric) was unbelievably slow with horrible communication, I'm not sure how long he's been a server but he needs serious training. He took our food orders before drinks, when I received my drink it was low and syrup so I asked for a replacement. It took another 30 minutes before I got a drink my boyfriend had already finished his drink and we were done with our first round of the all you can eat shrimp, wanting to order the next round before we were done but we didn't see the server again until 10-15 minutes after we were done. He finally returned with my new drink, then we ordered the next round of shrimp and my boyfriends second drink, that also took another 20-30 minutes. Along with all of this he was not refilling our biscuits or clearing dirty dishes from the table that we clearly put in the edge to be taken away. The first thing from our servers mouth was "I'm the only server here" we went at 11:15am he had a whopping 3 tables. Needless to say we wont be retuning.
One of the better Red Lobster restaurants we've been to. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. Lobster, crab, salmon, and shrimp were all excellent. Sides were especially good too. Staff was really nice, even when we asked to be moved and had several substitutions on our orders. Thanks for a nice dinner!
