The place was dirty. There were 5 customers inside and 7 outside. There were 6 employees...3 were cooking and prepping 2 managers standing around and 1 helping customers. The tortillas were very chewy and tasted stale. The burritos were ok. This location has gone downhill.
I'm from out of state and usually I'm not a fan of Qdoba. This location was good- food was great and the team was friendly. Your straws, however, are garbage. They break into pieces while you try to get them out of the wrapper. If you do manage to get one out without destroying it, don't worry, it will crack into 30 different pieces on your first attempt to drink your beverage. Save the planet straws don't work. It would be better to just not offer straws at all. Otherwise, good job on the rest.
I drove here from Raymore hoping for a better experience than the ones which I've had at the Qdoba in Raymore.I liked this location. However, the grease wasn't drained from the ground beef (gross) and there were crumbs on multiple tables. It's as if the employees forgot about the dining area, and there were no customers when I arrived. ?
Yummy!! I had a chicken bowl, and the Adoba chicken is just so tasty! Love the pickled onions and extra cilantro too. Don't have to pay extra for guacamole!
Well I'm gonna go back to only eating Chipotle. I prefer this place but when you can never be open when I arrive when more often than not you are closed for one reason or another it's not worth the drive
Probably one of the most awkward experiences I’ve ever had. The gentleman who started preparing my food after three minutes of just standing there, while they weren’t busy, came from the back and didn’t even change his gloves after watching him scrape stuff out of a bowl he took to the back. After slopping my food into the bowl he rang me up and just stared at me while keep his hand over the receipt.
Quicker than any fast food restaurants. Employees are friendly and take care of each customer as if that customer was their only customer. Food is always amazing.
On a employment perspective they absolutely treat their employees like trash. The district manager gives people's jobs away for no reason at all. And I was basically just used while they were low staffed and then tossed around everywhere. I'm from California trust me I'm quite aware of what the district manager is doing. The fact that everyone he's put in the store is Latino seems a bit suspicious in my opinion being that he is Latino himself. It just made me find a new job that will hopefully treat me equally and not have my job taken from me because of my ethnicity. The company can't even afford the wage they pay people. I make more than a shift manager at an opening position at cheesecake factory.
If I had 0 star , I would give 0 star because quantity was very very less,I spend $30 for 3 bowls but it’s not worth . Food quantity is very very less.I was not expecting the quantity of food .I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE DONT GO QDOBA
Second time ordering through DoorDash and keep getting queso Diablo instead of the regular queso. Ordinarily I wouldn’t care this much, but I’m pregnant and highly annoyed.
