First time here, food was good. Cleanliness was not. Every table dirty, we wiped our own off to sit. Different if it was busy but only 2 other tables besides us. As we were eating one young lady came out to wipe tables and just wiped everything onto the seats and wiped around a cup sitting on the table next to us and moved on.
Food was good as any other sandwich shop..but sandwiches were a bit smaller .. prices were more than I would like to pay for a regular sandwich..
How is this an Italian sandwich? It’s just meat and bread. I am very disappointed
Not sure of the quality of the food, but went into the store only to find they won't take your order in the store. You have to order online. Had to go back out to our car DOWNLOAD the app, which took a good 10-15 mins, then place an order for four people, then wait 15-20 mins for the order. Fast food this was not!! Still had to travel home with food 1/2 hr before we could eat because half the people we ordered for were home.
Food was just alright. Absolutely awful customer service. Used to go to this place all the time and the workers preparing the food were more than happy to help. Unfortunately, it is blatantly clear now that they do not care about you and your order. Very disappointing, and not planning on coming back again.
The staff was incredibly rude. They almost seemed mad that we were there to order food? We got 2 sandwiches and the girls behind the counter were so unfriendly. It’s unfortunate because the food is good, but the service makes me not want to go back.
Awesome sandwich spot. Great service. Fast and friendly. Great food! Have to try the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. Good job Potbelly team on making a great lunch spot!
While visiting from out of town and stuck at a local hotel, I ordered a sandwitch online and because of a glitch it never got delivered. Without hesitation, the problem was fixed and personally delivered by the store manager. Great food, and even better customer service. Thank You.
Great customer service from Brian! We had food delivered to my work and one of the sandwiches came without avocado (which was extra) we called and spoke to Brian, who was very nice and offered to make it right. He went above and beyond and we appreciated that! Thanks Brian, we look forward to returning!
Horrible staff. I went in to get a sandwich on a Thursday afternoon at 2:30pm and I could not get any service. The staff ignored me till I finally decided to walk out and all I got was a cheeky " Have a nice day sir".There are businesses closing everyday and these people treat customers like this. I tried to order a sandwich from a young lady who was standing right in front of me and she wouldn't even look up to acknowledge me. My advice is if you hate your job that much maybe you should look into getting a new one.
