The sandwiches are consistently good. Employees are friendly and the shop is clean. They make a point to encourage you to complete the survey and collect your free cookie! Love that!

I have high expectations for Potbelly ever since I first visited the place in Chicago. I’ve had some up and down experiences with the Kansas locations but this one consistently hits it out of the park. Fast, efficient, delicious and quick. Staff is friendly and works to make the customer experience great. Whether getting my food to go or dining in it’s always an excellent experience.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their Turkey ? & avocado ? sandwich ? & their broccoli ? & cheddar cheese soup iz off the charts delicious ?? & their dream bars r fire & their cookies ? r really good as well!! & the view of the geese & Lil pond rite outside their store iz beautiful & relaxing & iz jus awesome 2 look at while grubbin on 1 of Pot Belly's best made sandwiches, soup & cookies ?!! Came in from out of town. We don’t have a potbelly back home and looking for sandwich for lunch so decided to give potbelly a shot. Got the steakhouse beef and was delicious. This will definitely be my go to sandwich the next time I come. I would like to try other sandwiches on the menu to see if they are just as good.
I was so very excited to see a Potbelly sandwich shop that has survived the pandemic. Most in my area have closed. This was a hopping little place, and busy throughout my visit. Great food prepared fresh.

Late 1800's decor theme. Excellent toasted sub style sandwiches. Clean, well- maintained. Speed of service about normal for made to order subs. May have been a little short on staff, but those present were working hard and efficiently. Good option if you liked this style of sandwich. Definitely one of my go-to options, when I'm in the area.
