Ordered a 2 liter Pepsi with my food and they told my dasher that I didn’t, even thought it showed on his end too. Called and was basically told there was nothing they could do about it, and that they “don’t even have Pepsi”. Lol okay. How unprofessional, over a soda. Luckily the lady at their corporate office was super nice and offered to refund it for me.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this location of Pizza Hutt. I accidentally put the wrong address on my online order and didn't realize it until it was out for delivery. I frantically called the location and explained the situation, the lady who answered the phone was super nice and very understanding. We got the address figured out and pizza was on the way. The delivery man called me to assure the correct address and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to explain my mistake to.The pizza arrived and I was given a little extra treat because they felt bad that I was so upset and stressed about the situation. I cannot say thank you enough to these kind people and I can only hope the manager or someone sees this and thanks them as well. I was so frantic and they were so kind to me. 15/10 would recommendThe pizza and sticks were fresh and delicious too!
Everything was perfect except the person who gave me my pizzas was not friendly and gave me uncomfortable feeling except that everything else was perfect
The cashier needs to learn on how to talk to the customer, management please provide some training for a better customer service
The order and pickup was fine. The pizza crust was soft and bland tasting.
I ordered curbside delivery. I called and called and called the number for delivery. It was never answered and I ended up having to go into the restaurant to pick up my pizza coming in contact with several people who were unmasked, my major reason for requesting curbside delivery.
Although the driver was determined to deliver our order, he called and was confused about our address and the pizzas arrived luke warm.
To have pizza drivers that know how to find your address even if they are new to the company. Better training is needed as well with drivers being kind. Saying Thank you is not much to ask.
When my pizza arrived, it was cold and the boxes were smashed. The extra marinara that I paid for was missing too. Overall, everything tasted fine, but I was pretty disappointed in how it arrived.
WE ordered our pizza ahead and then picked it up when we wanted. The pizza was hot and ready to go.
