The staff at this location is pleasant. I've ordered naked bone in wings almost everyday this week. Great pan pizza and wings!!
second time in a row this has happened - ordered for curbside pickup. i arrived when the app said my pizza was ready. texted the store, they asked for name, car model/color, said they'd be right out. First time this happened, after sitting for 10 minutes, i called the store to see if they would pick up - no one did. Walked in, explained id been waiting ever since their text response - guy seemed baffled, didn't know who sent the text, looked for my order in the warming oven...had been sitting their the entire time. Exact same thing happened just yesterday - arrived when app said was ready, texted, said they'd be right out...nothing. waited outside for 15 minutes - went inside and was greeted by different but equally baffled employee. somehow, whoever says "be right out with your order' isn't getting the job done, and you end up with a pizza that's been overwarmed waiting for someone to acknowledge it's existence. the quality of their pizza isn't really worth this much hassle.
Order a pizza on Friday night. Here it is Tuesday and I still have not gotten my pizza. You think that they would wait for you to sign the receipt maybe leave a tip to run your transaction and fully process it. They have ran my card completed the transaction and there’s nothing going into my bank account in the way of a refund. I called the call center and after asking for a manager got hung up on because I was told I was being unreasonable asking for my money, or why it got taken without my signature in the first place. This could be seen as a technical error if I did it online. But I called this in in person. Wondering how hard up Pizza Hut really is? Will I Get my $60+ back? I'd call but they would just blame me again and hang up. 01/21/22 3088862 still waiting?
I ordered pizzas online for a pickup for 4 hours later. I was apparently ordering to myself because when i went to pick them up, the place was closed. You need to fix your online to say you are closed when you are closed!
Figure out how to deliver food hot. Pizza had a tingy taste like something on it was about to spoil.
Overall good. But, I expected thicker crust in the hand tossed pizza. But I am fine with the service as we are seeing unexpected delays in the other pizza companies
On the wings, I received 6 wings instead of the 8 that I ordered. I think it was because they were bone in but was never told that. Everything was well prepared and on time so not terribly disappointed.
Delivery took approximately 40 minutes longer than estimated and buffalo wing package was smashed with buffalo sauce all over pizza box and pizza.
