Usually never have problems but a few weeks ago I ordered a pizza waited an hour and a half no notifications or knock on the door to alert me of arrival, went out to find the pizza cold and covered in ants and have not been reimbursed for the issue.
Just ordered from here and while they were nice and fast with my pickup, the put BBQ sauce on my Buffalo chicken pizza. Please take the time to review orders.
I have no idea who is running this place. You need to be using the “drive thru” system as their office to count money. It is incredibly irresponsible to have them lock a see through doors and count money but have 0 capabilities to accommodate this drive thru system. Being a newer customer that has never been here I came up to a window with a dinky sign that only said drive thru only. This man the night of Jun 16th at 9000 Sanafe dr you have no business having him there alone being over worked I’m sure. Of course I hope other wise but coming from the business myself I’m sure I’m not far from the truth with staff on many other locations. Thank you
We had to cancel our uber eats order we waited to long the staff was making orders for the drivers before our online order!! The staff was not working professional at all, on staff member should have been wearing a hair net very poor run restaurant!!!
Food was good and prepared quickly! The quality has definitely improved.
When we arrived at the time the order was meant to be ready, it was not at all ready and we had to wait an additional 10- 15 minutes, despite there being no one else waiting and it was not too busy being 8.45pm on a Wednesday night. After waiting 10-15 mins longer than expected, we were further disappointed because we were given the wrong pizza. We had ordered two medium pizzas, one to be a super supreme and one to be a veggie lover, as one of us is vegetarian. In the end, we got given two medium Super supreme pizzas, and NO veggie pizza. Plus the pizzas were undercooked.
Horrible service and food!! I had a delivery order and someone ate one of my cheese sticks and put pepper on my chicken pizza when I did order it that way. The Manger hit the drive thru mirror with his fist because I asked for a refund on my order. He scared me with his rage! I will Never order from Pizza hut again!!!!!
I normally have a good experience with this location, but last night we only got half our wings and the bowl looked like soup. The pizza was hardly cooked and just globs of pepperonis stuck together. The cook should've taken more time preparing the pizza, it was just slopped together. Very poor food presentation
I will have to say I ordered pizza tonight from Pizza Hut on 9100 Santa Fe I think this is the best pizza I probably ever ate from Pizza Hut or Domino's Pizza for some reason was really amazing thank you
