I'm not sure if all locations have lowered their standards or just this one; our last few orders have been disappointing for a number of reasons. Mostly, it has been the lack of cheese on a standard pizza; we have opted to pay extra for "extra cheese" in most cases, and even then the pizza barely comes with enough cheese to qualify as actual pizza.
I had the spicy veggie pizza and I highly recommend it. Just the right amount of spicy sauce and peppers balanced with a great stuffed crust.Do yourself a favor and try the new spicy pizza.
I ordered pizza last night from Pizza Hut and unfortunately we had trouble with the DoorDash driver. I know Pizza Hut doesn’t usually use DoorDash, they have their own driver, but since one wasn’t available, they sent it through DoorDash. Long story short, after an hour of waiting, I come to find that the DoorDash driver got lost and through many phone calls back and forth (and a bit of a language barrier) trying to navigate him to my place, I gave up as he was miles away going in the wrong direction. So I never got my pizza. I called Pizza Hut and explained the whole situation and they were nothing but understanding and super apologetic. She offered to make me a fresh order that I could come pick up, and when I got there she gave me my order free of charge. Let it be known that I was happy to pay for the pizza I was getting, I just didn’t want to pay for the one that I didn’t get, but she said “no ma’am you’re all good, we are very sorry this happened” and was so sweet and so understanding and really went above and beyond to take care of me and the appreciation I have of that is out of this world. I highly recommend this place not only for their stellar pizza but also incredible customer service.
Always polite and helpful staff when we go to do pick up even when they are 40 orders deep! Great staffing and always great food! Always our go to place for pizza and pasta!
Waited over 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. Called Pizza Hut and they told me that no one answered the door even though nobody rang my doorbell nor did they knock only to find out they went to the wrong address. So by this time my order is getting really cold, they told me that they'd remake my order so I waited another 25-30 minutes to be given my OLD cold order.
We were a little disappointed with the crust and toppings on this order. I had ordered extra cheese (online order) and it was pretty obvious that it was the normal cheese in stead. The crust was not bad but seemed to have a hard crust on the bottom this time.
Crust style was not as ordered. We order thin and got something thicker. It was good but not as ordered
Although the staff was short handed and struggling with a large crowd, they were very helpful and pleasant. They made a frustrating situation very easy. Great job !!!
Store was super busy with carryout during a football game. The girl working was awesome, super polite and working hard. Great job!
The service was fast, pizza was still hot, and our delivery driver was very nice & cheerful. We appreciate all that you do & thankful for the ability to be able to order delivery from you.
