I wait an extra 10 minutes to pick up my pizza because I know how long it consistently takes here. When I arrived they still hadn’t started making it. Tastes great but be prepared to wait over an hour for a simple order.
Ordered online tonight, Arrived on time (6:30pm), checked in and told they were working on it, Waited 30 more mins for pickup to be ready.Watched them work an entire line of people and then be confused when I was standing at the pickup. Clearly lost my order or someone just quit handling online pickup.The pizza was fine, but not worth the price if it's not going to be convenient.
First time here, and it was a great time. The staff was friendly and had great interactions with customers. I do agree with other reviewers that said the dine in area is a bit chilly, but it was a nice relief from the warmness of outside.
My favorite place for pizza! The two men that helped me, Jon and Anthony, always have the best customer service. Its part of the reason I keep coming back other than the awesome pizza. They seem to genuinely like being there and helping create yummy food.
I came to the 91st and Metcalf location yesterday Mothers Day late before 9pm. Anthony helped me. We were chit chatting as he made my order he was explaining to me that they nearly ran out of pizza dough this day because they were so busy and had an insane amount of orders. They didn't even have enough dough to make bread sticks at this point but he did throw in some courtesy dessert. You could tell it was a crazy day for all the guys on shift. I just wanted to point out how professional Anthony was even after a day like that and with it being end of day. Very professional, friendly, relatable, and all with a smile on his face. I noticed all of the guys on shift at the time were very professional and kind to the customers there. I just think they all deserve some recognition for doing a great job and handling the day at hand. Since it was mothers day I think their mothers would be proud!
Great food and staff. The vegan cheese was delicious and the thin crust was probably the best pizza crust I've ever had. *Chef's kiss*
The service and quality have gone down a bit at this Pie Five Pizza location. They messed up my order putting toppings on it they weren’t supposed to. I waited for them to make a new pizza and even that was done on the wrong crust type but I just went with it because I wasn’t gonna wait another 15 minutes for them to probably screw it up again.
So I ordered from them using door dash . When my food arrived this is how it looked . I guess this is what they call good food right . I’m so disappointed and disgusted. Oh and they didn’t even give me my brownie ??♀️
Absolutely LOVED this place. The concept of building your own pizza on the spot is brilliant. They need more places like this. The food was delicious and honestly tasted way better the next day. Kudos to the staff for being friendly and courteous.
Love the pizza options (dairy free cheese etc). Food is always good when we visit. Staff always friendly.
